they do not have proper bed lining for hot weather and the pillows please need replacement the bazaar which is held there should not exist, it is so frustrating to walk through the tables with the luggage without crushing into the people who are there with the bazaar

Breakfasts are delicious and prepared with care. Was able to ask staff to refill my water bottle no cost. Staff are friendly. Showers work well, but showerheads could be cleaned from buildup or updated. Good location, well maintained, very clean!

The room is really small, best for one person. Was not offered info on internet or a map. I apparently paid $15 cad for three breakfasts and ended up paying full price anyway. People laughing and talking late at night, courtyard has very good acoustics unfortunately. No bottled water in the room.

Lo único bueno que tiene esta habitación es la ubicación del hotel y el precio "accesible"

Cama incómoda, cortinas delgadas, entra toda la luz y no tienes privacidad, el baño huele mucho a humedad, entra demasiado frío, ropa de cama cuestionable, la verdad que no volvería a hospedarme. Es un hotel para una sola noche y de paso.

No había personal en recepción,no podíamos salir ya que estaban cerradas las instalaciones,el desayuno incluido no había ya que el restaurante no estaba funcionando y te mandaban a otros hoteles más lejos,no hicieron limpieza en la habitación, un desastre de hotel y servicio al cliente si pueden evitarlo háganlo.

Una noche dura 😥

La atención del personal y la ubicación

Las instalaciones reserve dos avitaciones y me las dieron retiradas una de la otra las camas están demasiado duras ay que invertir un poco en los colchones pasamos frío solo una sábana y una cobija delgada tenían una de las avitaciones no prendía el televisor me dieron el control pero no funcionaban sus aparatos y el ventilador no paraba de por sí hacia frío nesesitaba un poco de alcohol para úna injeccion fui a preguntar si tenían botiquín me dijeron que si le pedí el alcohol y hasta el de resepcion se sorprendio solo tenía unas gasas y nada más me envió como a tres cuadras a conseguir el alcohol y lo que necesitaba y estacionamiento no cuentan con el he visitado otros lugares donde me hospedo y no cuentan con estacionamiento pero tienen convenio con algunos en su harea para precio preferencial a sus clientes y aquí solo te dicen lo puede dejar aqui afuera no pasa nada anduve peregrinando para encontrar donde dejar mi vehículo en la noche y cobran carísimo 40 la hora y no hay pencion osea de 300 a 4000 la noche dependiendo a qué hora metas tu unidad y si no lo haces temprano corres el riesgo de ya no encontrar lugar estás amarrado a los precios ( eso sí recomienden al hotel cambiar colchones paresen piedras amaneces más cansado que cuando te acuestas los botiquines a un. Que sea el de recepción equiparlo y buscar el convenio con algún estacionamiento vecino que se esfuerzen un poquito con sus clientes se que el lugar es demandado por eso no les falta clientela pero que den un plus a su servicio gracias

El peor lugar para hospedarse

No lo recomiendo, es el peor lugar en el que me he hospedado en qro, y para estar en un lugar turistico, no cumple ninguna espectiva... el baño asqueroso, con pelos y vellos, goteras en la regadera, el sonido de la secadora trabajando en horas de la madrugada, television e internet inservibles Reserve 3 noches, y solo pude aguantar 1 noche, ya que el lugar es realmente malo, y tuve que irme a un lugar mas decente y limpio.
