Central Queretaro value small hotel

Good location in downtown Qro. Close to many bars,restaurants,cafes. Clean and no problems. Not noisy as the rooms are set back from the street.

A nice surprise to find a clean place at an affordable rate in a centric area.

The staff was fantastic, kind and helpful. The location is great, walkable to cafes, theaters, bars and restaurants.

The patio can get noisy if people stay chatting outside, however they went in when politely asked.

Great location.

Small room, the bed was rock hard and there was no hot water. We were next to the stairs and they were very loud when people walked down them. Luckily it wasn’t very busy when we stayed or it would have been noisy.

Was close to historic center

No hand towels available and it smelled like insecticide .The bed was not comfortable at all it felt like a wooden board . Shower was dirty.

Dirty rooms & facility overall. Restrooms beyond dirty. Staff was friendly which was the only positive thing with this establishment. Other than that I can’t really say anything good, they should try updating and cleaning a little more.

Very poor

We were coming from a 20 km walk in serra gorda. We booked a hotel instead of the usual hostel to have a comfortable experience. Hot water was not available neither the evening we checked in nor the following morning. Staff said It was because cold weather (as they use solar collectors) and many guests present. It sounded like a lame excuse as they should have at least a backup heater in case there is bad weather for a couple of days in a row... Also the bathroom in our room had no window and smelt a bit like stagnant water. Wifi did not reach the room.

Disappointing

Good location, staff very friendly and accommodating and provided extra blankets however we still felt cold in the night.

We got an extra blanket but still felt cold. Wish they would have had duvets as well. Only accept cash payment for stay. Problem with the WC - didn't work to flush the toilet. Missing small towels for hands and one for the floor.

Too nosy all night long

Location was central. Many restaurants and museums close by.

The hotel was incredibly noisy. People were coming and going at all hours. The steel steps and walk ways were rumbling when travellers were pulling their suitcases. I did not have a one good night sleep there. Only once was the shower water hot. I tried different times of the day but it was only slightly warm and got totally cold before I was finished. The cleaning staff forgot most of the time to leave a towel in the room. The room was not warm and there was only one thin blanket.

Dobra lokalizacja, sympatyczni recepcjonisci i czystość

.Po ponad dwudziestogodzinnej podrozy marzylem tylko o prysznicu i wygodnym łóżku. Niestety, nie było to mozliwe. Brak cieplej wody to spory dyskomfort tym bardziej ze noc nie nalezala do cieplych. Nie mialem sily juz sie kłócić o wode. Wziąłem okropny zimny prysznic i poszedłem spac Niestety, w pokoju bylo zbyt zimno żeby dalo sie zasnac. Nie bylo jakiegokolwiek ogrzewania. Przykrylem sie kocem,ubralem jakies ciuchy i poszedłem spac. Niestety, w nocy budzilem sie kilka razy bo zwyczajnie bylo mi zimno. Myślałem ze rano będzie Ciepla woda i sie wreszcie zagrzeje. Mylilem sie. Woda nadal zimna. Recepcjonista probowal cos z tym zrobic ale niestety, nie udalo mu się. Gdy juz kolejny raz umylem sie w lodowatej wodzie, wsciekly kupilem bilet na wcześniejszy samolot i zabukowalem inny hotel to dostalem klucz do innego pokoju... Wziolem bo myślałam ze przed kolejna podroza wezme wreszcie cieply prysznic. I znów sie mylilem. Gdy wrocilem do hotelu, poszedłem do tego drugiego pokoju a tam woda tak samo zimna jak w moim. To miejsce jest naprawdę zle. Zaplacilem za dwa noclegi skorzystalem z jednego i ucieklem. Nie polecam. Mialo byc tanio wyszlo bardzo drogo.To nie jest miejsce dla turysty i nie powinno sie nigdy znaleźć na Booking.com. Co innego jak ktoś potrzebuje pokoju na chwilę zeby sie zabawić z jakas prostytutka. Mam wrażenie że ten obiekt jest do tego przeznaczony. Tam nawet gniazdka przy lozku nie ma zeby podlaczyc laptop czy telefon naładować...
