The owner even offered us a day of parking, which was very kind of him.

Exactly what we needed for affordable one night stay after visiting pompei. Self checkin and key code to get in etc which worked great. A couple of restaurants right beside the hotel, no concierge at hotel but water and drinks available on trust system. Clean room, good tv, mini fridge. All good.

The pros of this place were that it was close to the entrance at the Archeological Site of Pompeii, the staff held our luggage for us when we arrived early (which we appreciated), and we were able to have 4 beds in one room. My college aged sons were too big for the bunk beds though. We only stayed one night. The cons were that we had ice cold water for our showers, which was awful after traveling and being at dusty Pompeii all day long. The beds were very hard, and only came with a sheet on them. There was no blanket or coverlet anywhere in the room and the only plug to charge our phones was in the tiny bathroom by the sink. The room was clean. We did not stay for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.
No covers on the bed other than a sheet
No hot water for showers
Only one plug for our phones.
