Ruins de charme B&B luxury Pompei

La posizione, ideale per l'evento al quale partecipavo all'anfiteatro, a pochi passi dalla stazione, circondato da servizi e commerci L'accoglienza, semplice ed efficace. La comunicazione rapida. La prima colazione degna di questo nome, con prodotti freschi, proposta da Giovanni dalle maniere gentilissime.

Habitación limpia y espaciosa. Cama cómoda. Instalaciones modernas, que funcionan perfectamente. Las habitaciones están en un primer piso, por lo que hay que subir unas escaleras. Fácil acceso con un código que lo proporciona previamente el anfitrión. Buena localización, frente a una de las entradas al museo arqueológico.

El desayuno estándar italiano, todo dulce.

The hosts were so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Bed is very comfy and location is excellent!

Early check in, responsive host Giovanni Possibility to store bags some hours after leaving Great location in front of the ruins and right next to bus stop to go to Mount Vesuvius

We had 2 rooms and both were missing cleaning (dirty floor) and in one case dirty bedsheets (smelled like sweat)! After claiming lack of cleaning the cleaning lady cleaned one of the rooms stating that the dirt is not dirt but signs of wear of the floor where there was clearly dust and particles, as if none of the rooms was cleaned after the previous guest. No point in arguing since all the building lacks hygiene (stains on the walls from suitcases etc). This place is not what it seems on booking and honestly I don't understand how the rating is so high. Breakfast quite poor (industrial pastries of no quality) and low cost juice. I am sorry but our group was quite disappointed with the stay, the only great things is the location and the possibility of early check in / bags storage.
