The hotel is in a very convenient location to the archaeological site. Free secure parking on site. Good breakfast.
One small thing that is really irritating is that they charge for the bottled water in the room!! This is very often gratis now in good hotels.

The location for a visit to the Pompeii archaeology and the railway stations (both of them) was ideal.
Breakfast, too, was excellent and the view from the breakfast room is perfect.
The staff were all very helpful.
Overall couldn't be faulted - if we go back to Pompeii, this is where we'll stay.

Loved how close it was to the Pompeii site entrance, the parking situation was fantastic, the bar is great, the room is large, clean and comfortable, the bed was also comfy and the staff is great too! My only negative comment is the water never gets truly hot for a nice shower after a long day - which was a bummer.

The location was nice. It was central to the places to places we wanted to visit: the ruins and the volcano (bus stop right next to the hotel). The staff was friendly and helpfulp and offered a welcome drink (non alcoholic at the hotel bar).
The photos on booking are a bit misleading. The room didnt look nice at all, it was extremely outdated, the toilet cover was broken (which to be fair they fixed immediately when we reported). The wifi coverage was very bad, only at the door we could connect. The breakfast was average, lack of choice.
