Good space, nice location, minimum attention to details though
I liked the location and it being on the ground floor. I liked the bedroom too and the lounge that were more spacious than others I had been to in the past.
There was an egg on the kitchen top, the dishwasher had two unclean glasses inside (which I left) and some cleaning products were left sparsely around, as if someone had hastily cleaned without tiding up.

the location
the beds! the platform for communicsting sophisticated and at the end the wifi in the apart didn’t work… and we were supposed to send photo for the checking process! you phone to the company they couldn’t hear me because of the wifi..! ridiculous. a lit of things broken as the door of the bathroom…

- It’s been freezing there during the whole stay as the apartment is on the ground floor and the property must be aware of the problem since they provide an extra electric heater in the bedroom. I literally felt like staying in the fridge even when the central heating was working correctly - probably not enough for such a property located on the ground floor. I strongly discourage you from staying in this property during the winter months.

Apartment is very comfortable with all facilities. Excellent for family holidays. Staff and communication is very friendly. Location is 20 min walk to Petite France and 30 min to cathedral Notre Dame du Strasbourg. We have an excellent Christmas !!!

Emplacement, espace intérieur. Fourniture serviettes, lit confortable. Pas essayé le canapé.
Parking public payant, assez chargé mais un peu plus loin possibilité de se garer aussi. Certains équipements devraient être changés/réparés. Douche à déboucher! Propreté à revoir (pas catastrophique mais un peu dommage).
