Boutique feel. Close to the city and attractions. Quiet. Fabulous breakfasts. Great service.
Could have a better shower system to stop the water overflow on floor.

It was clean and in a good location
The customer service wasn’t great, we tried to alter the payment to a different card and the staff would not allow this but did not even try to help at all, it was really frustrating their lack of support. We chatted to 2 staff members both were pretty unhelpful, both with different reasons as to why they couldn’t do it which was confusing. They wouldn’t even get the manager to chat it through when we asked. It put a real dampener on the stay.
