This is a gorgeous hotel. The decor is lovely and the rooms are very nice. The location to Dublin shops, restaurants and Trinity College was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely breakfast in the downstairs restaurant and could walk to dinner.
We requested a family room with three beds but they were unable to accommodate. Our teen sons weren't happy about having to share a bed. They are both over six foot so sharing a bed was a pain but it was only for one night.

Reception staff were wonderful. Really helpful and did everything they could to help.
Water pressure in shower wasn’t great.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size. Room was clean but had a lot of problems.
There were huge cracks in the wall and tge wallpaper was coming away in places. On top of that, one of the plugs on a bedside light was literally falling apart and can only be described as dangerous.
