Andakiri pool villa was everything it promised.

Beautiful view, very clean. Staff were attentive, and the food I had one night at the onsite restaurant was excellent.

As far as I know there was no gym, which would be a nice addition.

Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations and the views make this resort a gem.

The buffet breakfast had lots of selection and I didn’t notice any flies or bugs as other commenters suggested. The view from units is phenomenal. Staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed 8 days, I could’ve stayed 80.

The resort can be somewhat inaccessible as the hill is quite steep and many Grab drivers will not take you up the whole way. There is a shuttle every two hours to accommodate for this. We found if we walked down and planned to take a shuttle back, that offered some flexibility. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and found the food to be mediocre.

The best views in the Ao Nang area

The apartments' swimming pools are a definite the best. They're a good size, with clean water and a wonderful view of the bay. It was amazing to watch the sunsets from there. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

It's difficult to get back from the town; taxis won't go up that high or charge a hefty fee. The hotel shuttle bus runs a bit too infrequently. But if you want a beautiful view, you have to make some sacrifices. Drinking water in the apartment should be free.

Great place to stay, our family loved our week at Andakiri

Best views and very quiet away from the hustle of the shops. Still close enough to walk to everything.

The driveway is quite steep and some grab drivers didn’t like to drive up it.

Good stay, however location is not great.

The rooms were spacious. The staff was really polite and helpful; especially Joy and Chacha. The view from thr room was awesome, definitely like the website. Breakfast spread is just ok.

The Location, please be mindful that its on uphill. Tuk tuks never take u there. Taxis are also tough to come to this place. If you think you want to take a walk, the way is tooooo steep an uphill and downhill. They have a shuttle every 2 hours from city to hotel which mostly didnt work to our times. Next issue in the night room was filled with flying insects, even if balcony and windows were closed. The room light attracts them and it was awful with them on the bed, pillow, sometimes crawls on you

I like that the location is on top of the hill so its away from tourists but still just few mins away from the main street. Its on top a hill. So you need a transport. Walking is a no no but its ok as we rented bikes. Quiet just chill. Bed is comfortable and the private pool is nice. Aircon is good too.

You can see your neighbors pool area if u stand on the balcony platform. So its quite insecure for me when u swim.

Beautiful, peaceful stay close to everything!

Everything was amazing! The service was top notch, view was amazing, and room was clean and beautiful. The private balcony pool was spotless and a spectacular addition. It was so calm and peaceful up on the hill. Breakfast was always delicious and a great value. The fresh fruit and mix of Thai and Western foods was a perfect way to start the day.

Not much we didn't like. Only downside was one of our excursions couldn't pick us up because they couldn't make it up the hill. But that is not the hotel's fault at all.

Needs a revamp

I stayed here when the property first opened and it was amazing. it’s starting to look a bit rough around the edges. the pool is still fantastic.

the shower was horrendous trying to get water temperature correct. the kitchen is a waste of space as there is no plates or cutlery supplied. we went out at 8am and returned at 2pm to find the room still not cleaned so we had to wait outside 30mins or so

Loved how attentive and polite the staff were and they gladly assisted us with any queries or help we required. The pool villas are definitely worth it and the view for this price is unbeatable. Rooms are quite well maintained and the beds were comfy. The breakfast spread is top notch and delicious and they even helped us with a floating breakfast in the pool.

The bathrooms could require some upgrade as the bathroom fittings were outdated and a bit old looking. The property is situated on top of a hill so the location isn't the greatest but this is expected. However they do provide a free shuttle service to and from Ao Nang Beach and the service is paid at times which they do not offer it.

Fabulous

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cocktails (happy hour half price between 5-7pm) were excellent. Panoramic views. Nice to chill in pool after long day sight seeing. Staff happy to drop off and pick up free of charge to Kodam restaurant and Corner Massage (half way to beach) when going to or from Ao Nang beach (courtesy bus hours).

Hotel is up a very steep hill but as long as you are prepared to time courtesy bus (or pay 50 baht pp: which is reasonable) it is not a problem.
