Brilliant and smooth

The property was spacious and the 10 of us were all happy to spend the time there.

Every room had a TV but unfortuantly, the remote controls were not all working.

It was OK, however some issues.

Spacious and plenty of bathrooms.

Wasn't enough beds made up. After contacting the support team the bedding was delivered but was trusted into a guests hands and was left to make the bed up ourselves. Wasn't a detached property as listed as the nook and the nest are connected and you could hear conversations and the babies crying from the other tenants clear as sitting next to them. Had to request additional teaspoons as only 1 present in the property. There were ants EVERYWHERE in the kitchen. They say on street parking however this is SEVERELY limited as there is a bus stop directly outside the property and there is a lot of permit parking around therefore the cars were either parked further up the hill or in another road.

Was horrible. We were unable to have a cup of tea due to kettle being so disgusting, bed was infested with bed bugs. bedding was stained.

Very enjoyable stay in an excellent and comfortable house.

location was excellent for us and all seven of us enjoyed our stay. we were able to get TAXIS at reasonable costs into the city and to the graduation venue. .My Mum who is 92years old was a happy in one of the downstairs bedroom,

more wardrobes and somewhere in the bathrooms to hang towels. there was only three teaspoons between seven of us. one of the seatte has ween better days and dishwasher would be wonderfull to have

Pleasant and spacious property and good value for money.

There were multiple bathrooms in the property which was a bonus amongst a group of friends. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware to use. It was nicely decorated throughout and clean inside on arrival. We had an issue with rubbish outside in the courtyard, nappies and female hygiene products scattered everywhere, someone came out immediately to remedy this. The management company were easy to get hold of. The property was within close walking distance to Swansea.

Could do with some hooks in bathroom for towels, the property has 4 bathrooms but we were only provided with one loo roll. (To their credit this was remedied immediately by the management co). There was insufficient bedding for the no of guests booked for (Again this was remedied immediately for us). The property could benefit from a dishwasher. There was a lack of tea and coffee provided - only 2 tea bags and coffee sachets for a booking of 6 persons, however not an issue for us as we brought our own. Not much by the way of garden furniture in the courtyard, table only with no chairs. A £200 deposit 3 days beforehand which I thought is a bit steep for a few days booking, in fairness this was stated on booking.com at the time of booking. You get a lot of emails from the agent with their requirements leading upto the booking, which was a little annoying and a little over the top for a short term stay. Despite all of these minor issues we enjoyed the property and our stay and this would not put me off booking here again (just trying to give honest feedback).

Overall a Very Lovely Place to Stay!

Everything was clean and tidy, loved how spacious it was and loved the modern look and feel of the place. Really loved the yellow feature walls and accessories that were in each of the rooms plus the artwork is fabulous!

No hooks or rails to hang towels up in the bathrooms, no shelving within the shower itself so no place to put soap or anything when using the shower. No tea towels in the kitchen or antibacterial soap so we had to buy some and the wifi didnt stay connected to my phone throughout our stay. Also would have been nice to have seen some greenery or plants in the garden to make it as inviting as the inside.

Excellent property and very comfortable.

Fantastic property with so much space for the family. All rooms were brilliantly equipped and the Wifi was excellent, which was a must with two teenagers ☺ The property was close to the city centre. Excellent communication with propertyowners. Would highly recommend a stay here. The photos on the website are a true representation of the property.

Parking was a slight issue, but we always managed to find a space.

The bedroom was great and we're very good size with on suit the house was very comfortable I loved outside and lounge was great and kitchen had everything you needed it was very great place to stay I would recommend it was so welcoming we all enjoyed stay there the mud
