Such a pretty and picturesque property. Old world charm with electric gates. Property kept really well and looked after. Bags easily brought up by lift so no lugging up stairs, parking on property, staff very helpful and kind even accommodated with early check in, beds very comfortable and spacious, huge balcony overlooking gorgeous views of Como,breakfast was superb with mine and my daughters gluten free breakfast catered to. Overall wonderful.

It was truly a pleasure to stay at such a beautiful authentic villa just outside of the center of Como. The villa is full of history, with a beauty entrance, a historic library and a breakfast room with an amazing view. I had goose bumps when entering the villa and receiving a personal warm welcome from Suzanna. Due to the limited amount of rooms and guests it feels like you are staying there all by yourself. I would truly recommend this hotel. There is private parking space available for guests, the rooms are great with a comfortable bed, lots of closet space and airconditioning.

If there is something I have to mention, it would be that the city center of Como is 35 minutes by foot. Due to that we decided to go by car but this was no problem at all due to the 8 minute driving distance and good parking availabilities in the city center.

Beautiful house, and Susanna (manager) was very helpful. Very spacious and felt quite special.

Located above a very noisy railway line (but off from 2200-0600. Lots of dogs barking and alarms going off morning and evening. But worst of all we had a serious infestation of bed bugs. Reported to Susanna. There also needs to be some routine maintenance e.g. oil on front door hinges and a plug in the basin!
