さいたまアリーナと、駅に近いところが良かった。アメニティが良かった。傘がなくても移動でき、信号も気にしないで歩ける歩道があるところ

もとから朝食なしの予約でしたが、他のホテルのようになしで良かったのか、確認はなかった。もし、余裕があるなら食べたかった。

Nice Hotel but its not 5 star level

The free drink time at the bar with our first booking was good. The first room we had was lovely and comfortable.

The 2nd and 3rd room i had wasnt that comfortable. The pillows were very flat. No black tea provided. No luggage transfer offered by reception. Told to go to Lawsons upstaris which If you dont know how to do it is confusing. Pool area average and have to buy a cap to wear in the pool.

凄く快適！また泊まりたい！

立地が良く、お部屋が清潔！冷蔵庫内の飲み物が無料だったのと夜21時半までBARでドリンク飲み放題がメチャクチャお得感！

ただ、チェックイン前に荷物を預けた時にお得プランを教えて欲しかった。コンサート終わりに飲み物沢山買い込んで来ちゃって折角のお得プランをあやかる事出来ず残念！

平日だからといっても、この値段でこんなに良いホテルに泊まれると思いませんでした！ LIVEに急遽行く事になり近くで探してみたらこちらが希望の値段範囲内だったので予約。チェックインしてみると…4人は泊まれるお部屋で広々と2人で泊まる事ができ、久しぶりに和室でゆっくりしました。

要望としてテイクアウト(フード)の時間が延びると嬉しい。時間帯が合えば、一定数の利用者がいそうだと感じた。(LAWSONもある為、食料などの調達はできる)

清潔、モダン、デザイン、大きなテレビ。

洋服を吊るす収納スペースが全く無くて、冬コート、背広、ドレスなど掛けるパンドリーを電話で持ってきてもらった。24m2のダブルルームなのに椅子が１つしかなくて1人はベットに座わらなければならなかった。

初めての宿泊でしたが、次も宿泊したいと思えました。

朝食のサラダドレッシングが美味しかった。(深谷ねぎ？たまねぎ？ドレッシング) 部屋が清潔で綺麗。そしてお洒落で家族から高評価。ホテルスタッフの対応がとても良い。(客から声をかけてなくても困ってそうな方に声掛けされてた)

駅から若干歩く。遠い。朝食時のお皿がちょいちょい無く、どこから取ればよいかわからなかった。

部屋にテーブルと椅子があり良かった夜景もきれいだったいままで宿泊したホテルの朝食で一番おいしかった。特に焼きたてクロワッサンはまた食べたいと思った
