    The rooms were clean. The bathroom design is great for elderly. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. My father lost the key card and the staff promptly helped us with new key card. Unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy the breakfast, may be because we came around 9 o’clock and the restaurant close at 10 o’clock. When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff reminded us that they close at 10, and 15-10mins before 10 o’clock they started to clean the dining area, removing dishes from the buffet area without notifying us in advance if we still wanted to take some more food. Around 5 mins to 10 o’clock they started to remove our tray, even when we were still eating and there were full glass of milk on the tray. On the first day, we thought that the staff behaved like that because there was one couple that made a mess on the floor so they were stressful. However, the service was still like that on the second day we had breakfast, even when the staff were different from the previous day. So even though they provide good food, but without good service.. it’s disappointing in overall.

    Was traveling to Tochigi prefecture from Tokyo and needed a room with a Queen size bed. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Omiya-Nishiguchi is perfectly located oustide of Tokyo and right before entering Tochigi, room had a Queen size bed and massage chair, and even got a nice breakfast buffet (separate charge) at the 2nd floor of the hotel building. Would stay again!
