お風呂がこじんまりしているが、清潔で、空いてて家族3人だけでのんびり入れた。

夜12時前に同じ階の人が帰ってきたのか、廊下でのお喋りの声が大きくうるさかった。あと、部屋のどこの電気がどこのスイッチか分かりづらかった。

良い所もあればう〜ん…な所も

駅から割と近く分かりやすく、ウェルカムドリンクサービス時間が長いのは良かった。朝食は種類が多く、焼きたてパンのサービスがあるのは嬉しい。自分でトースターで温めるのは行列が出来るのでいつもパスしていたので。

時間より早く着いてしまい、ドリンクサービスを利用しながら待っていたがトイレがロビーに無くて（部屋にしか無い？）チェックインまで待たなければならなかった。チェックインしてすぐトイレを使ったら、ウォシュレットが何度押しても作動しなくて部屋を替えて貰った。枕が選べると言うので一階ロビーで柔らかい枕を選んでから入室したが、部屋の枕が今までに宿泊したホテルで私には最悪なくらい硬かった。柔らかい枕は２個しか無かったので、入室前に選んでなかったらゆっくり寝られなかったんじゃないかと思うとゾッとした。いつもスーパーホテル利用する友人がオススメしていて、温泉があるのと、朝食の口コミが良かったので、初めて利用したが、私には睡眠も重要要素なので次回利用するかと聞かれたら考えてしまう。

駅からのアクセスは良かったです。部屋は綺麗でした。朝食も美味しかったし、何より朝食担当の女性2名がとても親切な対応が良かったです。珈琲等も有り、アメニティや枕も充実してました。

お風呂へ行く時に使用する、手提げ袋2つの内側に髪の毛が付いていたので、ちょっとガッカリでした。自分で処理して使用しました。後　女性のお風呂の上の窓が開いていたので、寒く閉めようと努力しましたが、背が低い為閉められず、風邪をひいてしまい、自宅に帰宅してからも熱が出てしまいました。窓は閉めておいて欲しいです。

For the location and walkability to public transport, restaurants etc, this location was perfect.

Clean. Loved the range of pillows available. Love being able to help myself to the amenities provided at the lobby or make myself coffee/tea anytime. Washer dryer facilities are great along with the hangout area on level 2.

Room was very small. toilet area was very small. For people with long legs and tall, when sitting on the toilet, the knees touch the wall - which was quite uncomfortable.

接客、空気、水、リネン類…居心地の良さに関わる基本的なとこに清潔感が感じられました。温泉でしっかり温まれて、疲れがとれました。部屋のモニターから、浴室や食堂の混雑状況がわかるのも便利！

女性客にサービスされるアメニティセットには、メイク落としからシャンプーセット、美容液などたくさん入ってて、嬉しかったのですが、パックと美容液の香りがキツめで、香りに敏感な娘は使えませんでした。個人的には綿棒があると嬉しかったかな。

Positive Experience

The hotel had an onsen which differentiated it from the others. The service staff were friendly, particularly the ones who were at the breakfast cafe. The hotel also had a pillow shelf at the ground floor, allowing guests to take different types of pillows suited to their needs back to their rooms. Overall, the experience was very positive.

If there is one thing, it would be the size of the rooms we chose. No fault of anyone in this case.

はじめて二人で旅した埼玉県大宮市の活気ある町にびっくり。思い出多い旅になりました。

天然温泉が気持ち良くてよかった。また24時間オープンなので夜、早朝と入り快適でした。ハブラシや髭剃りは1階のロビーにあり自由に使うシステム。髭剃りはシック社の3枚歯でした。出張等で全国のホテルに行きますがこのクオリティの高さにはびっくりです。水が美味しかった。ウェルカムドリンクは種類も多く大満足でした。

ツインルームを希望でしたがダブルルームしかなく、ベットが小さい。一人で泊まるには十分なベットですが二人ではきつかったです。枕が1本だけかためのがあり二人では寝にくかった。1階のロビーに借りられる枕があるといわれ行ったがすでになかった。もともと在庫が少ない様子。部屋が狭く2人では窮屈でした。ハンガーの位置が悪く、ベッドの上を歩かないと使えない。足元が不安定で危なかった。

A lovely hotel in urban Omiya - worked well for family of 5

The hotel is eco friendly and has excellent customer service. the room has a smart pad that controls the lights, TV and AC. There also is a public soaking bath designated for males and females. The soaking bath has minerals and nice washing area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My kids has a connected room. The breakfast was good with variety of choices made from local produce. Great location as it is just a few mins walk from omiya station.

The rooms were a little tight but normal for Japan.
