パジャマはありがたいのですが、ボタンの間隔が広くはだけやすくて困りました　ワンピースタイプ一択ですので、ボトムスもあるとなお良いです　欲張りのようですが、ユニットバスは使い勝手が悪く、客室にはトイレと洗面所のみでよく、代わりに大浴場が別階にあると良いです(コスト的に無理かもですが、ドー○－インさんの温泉大浴場が良かったので) あと、少しだけ大宮駅から徒歩だと遠く感じました

一人だから狭い部屋でゆっくりできてとてもよかったです。一人で止まるの初めてだったので不安でしたけど。駅からも近くてわかりやすいところにあったのでよかったです。

窓から外を眺めたかったが何も見えなくて残念壁だったため。景色も見えなくてがっかりでした。

清潔、設備が新しい、朝食込みで安い。荷物預かりはロッカーあっていい。コーヒー、氷、水いつでも飲めるのいい。

部屋に入ってから、スリッパをフロントで買えますを知り、またフロントに行くのがきつい。入室前に知りたい。シャワーキャップが欲しい。朝、顔を洗う時、髪が濡れるから。またフロントに見に行ったがなかった。

ドライヤーが壁に備え付けの物で、使用できる範囲（位置）が限られるのが残念風力も弱い Panasonicなどの下位モデルでも良いので、女性向けに使いやすいタイプを全室に置いてください

今回、子供を連れての宿泊でしたがスタッフの方々がとても親切で助かりました。朝食込みでリーズナブルなお値段で宿泊出来ましたし、お部屋の清潔感もありました。

お値段がリーズナブルだった事と、ビジネスホテルと言う事で不満とまではいきませんが、写真よりもお部屋が少し狭くは感じました。

駅の近く朝食美味しかったスタッフの方々がとても優しいしすぐに対応してくれた朝食時に　コーヒーを思い切りこぼしてしまい隣の隣まで流れてしまいおそらく厨房の男性の方だとおもうんですがコーヒーこぼしてしまったので　何か拭くものありますか？と言いに行ったところ大丈夫ですよと言ってすぐにペーパー持って拭き取ってくれました素早い対応ありがとうございましたその後食事を続けていたらよかったらコーヒーお飲みくださいって新しいコーヒー持ってきてくれました動揺してたのでコーヒー取りに行くのも忘れていて気遣いにあらためて感動しました全スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったですたまアリーナに行く時は是非また利用させていただきます

初めて宿泊しました

チェックイン時間より早く着きましたが、丁寧な受け付けをしていただいた。無料のロッカーに荷物を預けることができ、少し所用を早く済ませることができました。駅から近く繁華街で夕食するところにも困りませんでした。朝食はビュッフェで美味しかったです。
