綺麗なホテルで過ごしやすかったです。

スタッフさんの対応がとても良くホテルの部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。近辺もコンビニやご飯なども美味しいお店があったり駅近くでとても良かったです。是非また利用させて頂きたいです。

チェックアウトが11時の為か部屋前で清掃が始まっていて音とかが気になりました。夜ホテルの内のレストランが暗かったです。

埼玉スーパーアリーナへのLIVEのために利用しましたがLIVE会場　駅とにかく近い！移動が楽！あの有名な、けやき広場も近い！チェックイン時の対応が親切で感じ良くて安心しましたセキュリティーがしっかりしてる！部屋に空気清浄機があるのも安心。機会があったら確実にここへ泊まりたい!

子供連れで宿泊しました。ちょうど窓から電車が通るのがみえるお部屋だったので電車好きの子供にはとてもありがたかったです。ベッドも壁際にあり子供が転落することもなく寝れました。綺麗なお部屋だったので気持ち良く泊まることができました。友人とはお隣同士のお部屋だったのでこちらの希望にもお応え頂きありがたかったです。

利便性・サービス精神に溢れています

駅の目の前で埼玉スーパーアリーナも直結しているので便利でした。また、廊下ですれ違う際にホテル従業員の方が一言挨拶をしてしっかりお辞儀されたことに感動しました。しっかりといた教育がなされていて、気持ちが良かったです。

Great place. Just a step away from the train station (Saitama Shintoshin) - hotel entrance is located at the same level as the exit/entrance to the train station. So smooth. The room is quite comfortable (nice and clean). The reception of the hotel is quite amazing. They have opened up the space for the reception and dinning room, where we had the breakfast. I think it is much better option than staying a hotel in Omiya. Their price is not bad at all. You can enjoy the upscale hotel room at very comfortable pricing. The staff service was a top notch. The continental breakfast is a must.

Great location and wonderful staff

Location is just outside of the train station and the Saitama Super Arena. Perfect for any event here. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The restaurants and convenience store located on site are really good and offer a great variety. Room was spacious enough for me and very comfortable.

さいたまスーパーアリーナでのライブに行くため利用しました。アリーナのすぐ側で、清潔感があり、スタッフの方の接客がとても良かったです！フロント・ロビーもきれいで、朝食バイキングがとても美味しかったです！ホテルの3階4階に居酒屋やレストランもあり、夕飯をお店で食べて、すぐにホテル戻る事も出来て最高でした！ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです！ありがとうございました！

メトロポリタン系列2度目の利用でした。とても、よかったです。遠征ライブで利用しましたが。メトロポリタンの客室テレビはYouTube【サブスク配信もログインすれば見れるので】もボタンひとつで見れるのでライブの余韻を楽しむことができるので、旅のお供のfire stick amazon 持って行かなくて済むし、お部屋のアメニティも十分地上からフロント、フロントから客室へのエレベーターが乗り換えになるので… しかしそんな時は、優しく丁寧にこちらからが客室への〜ってホテルマンさんが教えて下さるという。困ってそうな人の不安を察知して解消していただけてとてもありがたかったです

さいたまスーパーアリーナでのライブへ参加のためこちらに宿泊しました。物販が想像以上に混んでおり、予約者である私が離れられず母がチェックインに向かったのですが、嫌な顔ひとつせず優しくご丁寧に対応をしていただいたとのことです。またすれ違うたびにスタッフの方が笑顔で挨拶してくださり、とても嬉しく、気持ちよかったです。
