The hotel has an excellent location near Omiya Station. The room was clean and there was a washing machine and dryer on almost every floor. I stayed on the fifth floor which also had different vending machines for beverages and snacks. It was also nice that there were three 7eleven stores within a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, even though not all spoke English. After checking out I was also able to leave my luggage at the hotel for 90 minutes, so I could run some last errands before moving to my hotel next to Narita Airport.

The only thing i disliked is that I could not open my window. I think it was bolted shut to prevent people from smoking in the room. I kind of missed having some fresh air at night because I am used to sleeping with an open window.

ロケーションは、繁華街に道かくて便利でした。各階にコインランドリーがあるのも良かった。

バスタブは、City Hotelとしては平均的なのかもしれないが小さいと感じた。

行き先現場に近くだったので､助かりました。施設に関しては､普通に綺麗でした。

部屋の冷蔵庫電源が反応無く､食べ物買って行きましたが、滞在中使用することが出来なかったです。残念です。 ホテル全体的に暗い印象でした。
