Замечательная хозяйка Ольга - решала вопросы в онлайн режиме, помогала и подсказывала. Фото полностью соответствует. 1. Расположение: море через дорогу, ТЦ через дорогу, вокруг продуктовые магазины 2. Большая парковка на заднем дворе комплекса. В Батуми с этим серьезные проблемы 3. Отличный wi-fi (нужен был по работе) 4. Удобная кровать 5. Великолепное оснащение (предусмотрено все).
Замечаний нет. Рекомендую.

The apartment was nice but the building was awful. Apartment with pretty design great view.
We were very disappointed of the building. Very dirty, it was smelling so bad. The whole building was smelling rotten and mold

Расположение супер, близко с морю, хорошая инфраструктура, удобные двух комнатные аппартаменты. есть все необходимое. очень вежливая и хорошая хозяйка, готовая помочь со всем.
запах канализации в сан узле сильный почему-то из душевой, и на фото была большая веранда в нашем варианте, в по факту балкон. в целом все хорошо.

Квартира очень удобная для быта - есть все необходимое от стир.порошка, посуды, посудомойки, пляжные полотенца, кондиционер, кофе и пр. Хозяйка кв Ольга всегда была на связи, подсказывала и провела подробный инструктаж. Презент по приезду тоже порадовал. Просто потрясающий балкон-терраса, мы проводили там каждый вечер наблюдая за морем и закатом. Отдых прошел потрясающе!
Немного пахло сыростью в ванне, есть оставлять включенной вентиляцию - уходил запах.
