السلبيات لايوجد عوازل صوت بين الغرف تسمع الأصوات كانك معهم.

One of the few accommodations with an underground car park where our bikes could be safely parked. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the (much) too busy centre of Batumi.

The check-in procedure was very slow. The employee at the front desk was a non-hospital, unkind, Russian lady who speaks and understands limited English. Or at least pretended not to speak and understand it. We had deliberately booked the hotel locally because of the presence of an underground car park. Here, our motorbikes could be safely stored. After checking in, the receptionist indicated that there would be no car park and the motorbikes would just have to be parked on the street. This was a no-go for us. After we had explained the necessity of safe parking, the information on the website which includes safe parking as a USP and the reference to the garage in the lobby, the motorbikes could be parked in the garage. The hotel manager later apologised for the turn of events. As it turns out, the information on the website is dated. The car park had allegedly been sold and no longer belonged to the hotel. This was the reason for the initial hesitation to offer parking. I don't believe any of this BS-story. The stay in the room was thankfully pleasant. The room had its own kitchenette and washing machine. The accommodation was clean.
