The appartment was very clean in a barnd new building and location is excellent. All key amenities nerby within walking distance. Booking and check-in was easy and straight forward. If comming back to Batumi, we will definately stay again.

The contactless check-in was very convenient, and the host responded quickly and accommodated 3 of us even though we booked on the same day. The apartment is bright, stylish, and beautifully designed, with genuinely high-quality finishes, which is quite rare in Batumi. The residential complex itself is excellent, with great restaurants and a swimming pool. We also enjoyed a locations as it’s in a peaceful, clean neighborhood while still being close to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, all necessary cookware, fresh linens, and other essentials. It was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. We would definitely stay here again.
