Cosy house stay

Nice stay in Aviemore

Nice and spacious, ideally located close to the supermarket. Nice touch to details by having a christmas tree

Bed was too small and too soft for two people. It would be good to have a snow plough. Owners do not respond to communication.

Modern, fresh and comfortable

The flat was very modern in a new build area. It was easy to find and on site parking was a bonus. The decor was very modern and tasteful. The kitchen appliances and utensils were all very modern and in good order. The flat was very clean and tidy with a slight personal touch with books to read and board games to play. The beds and furniture were in very good condition and very comfortable. The host was easily contactable when needed and helped us immediately when needed. A very nice flat, in a nice part of Aviemore. I would highly recommend this property for a very comfortable stay.

As we were overseas visitors we couldn’t quite work out the dryer function but this is not really the fault of the property host. We were not use to this model. So really, I can’t find fault with anything at the property.

Stay was very enjoyable, deffinately go back.

House was spacious and very central, within easy walking distance to all amenities.

House was very hot due to boiler I think, could possibly do with a fan for living room. Outside kitchen window was very dirty, just incase the owner has not been in after cleaner.

Only a minor thing, but may be useful for the owners, the info about the refuse arrangements needs updating in the automatic message sent for ‘check out’ as there is a 3 bin system for highland council now.

Very good fantastic property

Fantastic location, great that there was 2 bathrooms! Really nice and great amenity in the area!

This place was clean, modern, and had plenty of room for our family of five. Close to store and easy access to fun.

Beds were okay, but mattresses could have been more comfy.

Lovely apartment enjoyed our stay.bit more thought from owners would be ideal.

Spacious and modern with en-suite in double bedroom. 15 min walk into town. Co-op 100 yards away.

Lack of salt n pepper, shower gel and keys to the patio doors prevented the apartment being scored higher.

The apartment is well located and big enough for 5 people.

The cleaning in general was not very pleasant. (Really dusty). The accommodation needs a good repaint and tidy up. Wardrobes were messy. Bath mouldy, bed sheets and bed cover were stained, dirty oven, windows need to be clean. It was really hard to open as well the key box!

We didn’t think the beds were very good or comfortable and the quality of the bath towels were poor.

Clean, comfortable and spacious. Used it as a base for walking and suited our purpose well. Supermarket over the road also a bonus.

We were a family of five and the fifth bed was a foldout bed which was fine for 2 nights. However, there was only seating for 5 at the dining table. Also, there were no cloths/sponges to wipe up in the kitchen.

There was a grocery store just across the lot, very convenient. The home and neighborhood were very quiet. Easy to get into Aviemore and close to wonderful hiking.

Quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable

Quiet residential neighbourhood away from the main bustle of Aviemore. Parking right outside. Spotlessly clean, 2 spacious bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. 2 min walk to Co-op mini-supermarket for groceries etc. Hosts responded very promptly to the only problem we had (hot water wasn't on when we arrived, and we couldn't work out how to turn it on). Great jumping off point for visiting the Cairngorms.

The apartment is part of a modern estate which is a bit of a goldfish bowl, and where none of the units has any private sitting out space.

Oh my goodness what a stunning Christmas welcome! We loved the Christmas tree and lights! The attention to detail in this beautiful property was greatly appreciated. It is a well-equipped home and is perfect for a family. The location was great too!

Firstly the area is perfect very close to the high street. The house was lovely clean and well equipped. Perfect for the family. Price was great value for what you get. Will book again.

A perfectly located, family friendly apartment.

Such a wonderful location. Perfect room sizes. Fantastic facilities. Bright, comfortable and clean. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a family of five adults and four Great Danes and it was perfect. Thank you so much. We would love to return soon.

No dislikes, just an absurd thing to say - the apartment was super cosy. Never have we ever complained about being too warm in Scotland but we had to keep all the windows and internal doors open to let the air flow. It was a beautiful weekend and it’s obviously very well insulated.

Very nice house, new and with everything you need for a short or long stay.

Despite being previosly requested, there was one bed missing that we had to make after a tiring day of travel in which we arrived late.

The apartment was lovely and warm with a homely feel. Convenient location with the Co-op nearby for some of the items mentioned below.

The bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged although Mr Muscle helped somewhat. The flap/lid of the kitchen bin was not working properly. There was only one lock on the 2 bins outside the apt. The provision of an extra bin bag for recyclable items, a sponge and a box of tissues/kitchen roll at the outset would have been helpful.

Excellent location walking distance to the centre of town. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was everything you needed to cook meals. Nicely decorated inside.
