The property was very clean, all amenities close and avaliable, good WiFi connection for the teenager to keep in touch with the world

Well appointed, clean and comfortable. We would use it again, since now we know the shortcomings.
The address, 8 Croftview, is WRONG. This causes major inconvenience and is inexcusable, careless and damns the host.
The garden is shared and unfenced which is not good for a property claiming "dog friendly" and could be an issue with children, though the environment seems safe - hardly any traffic.
The dog supplement should be charged in the payment on booking and not added informally later.
