Comfortable modern flat with good on site parking.

Well laid out modern flat in a quiet residential area. Plenty of parking close to the door. Entry process was easy. Owners were responsive and available by message and phone. Kitchen was well equipped and the Living Room comfortable.

Not sure I realised the flat was upstairs, though this wasn't any problem for us. The bed linen was a bit tired (though perfectly clean) and could do with updating.

Warm and welcoming flat

The flat is spacious and well located to walk into town. There is a local shop just over the road. It was warm and quiet, which we appreciated.

Disappointing

The property was well situated in Aviemore in a modern well equipped and very warm flat. It was modern and well enough equipped.

The property was a bit run down and needed a freshen up. Outside needed to be swept and the carpets inside were a bit grubby. The worst part though was the bedding. Whilst they had obviously been washed they were definitely in need of replacing. They were definitely past their best and smelt quite stale, especially the pillows. This was really disappointing.

Didn’t spend much time in the property as we were there for a wedding.

Great size, two bathrooms were fab, well fitted kitchen, plenty cupboard space.

The master room bed was a double, there’s room for a king size bed.

Disappointed and extra cost to us due to no WiFi all day

Decor to a high standard Beds comfortable Sofa/chair could have been more comfortable

We were told the WiFi had gone down 2 days ago by the exiting guests We mentioned this to the cleaner prior to us gaining access who said “it was working fine while they were in” Eventually, we texted the owners who said the router and WiFi are Controlled by a separate holiday key flat downstairs. So we were at their whim as to whether we had WiFi or not - ended up costing my son all his roaming data for the month during our stay and then he had to be loaned data from myself for the rest of our trip. Poor that. Very poor indeed. Won’t be returning.

Very nice base for exploring the Cairngorms with our family!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, has a good shower, well equipped kitchen, and a good location! We would definitely book again!

We had a warm week (20-30 degC) and the bedrooms got quite hot inside, due to a lot of sun intake and no external sunscreens. The children had some trouble sleeping because of it. Was difficult to get rid of the heat because leaving the windows open at night caused the curtains to flapper. Also, the windows / french balcony doors could use some maintenance, they were quite difficult to open / close.

Cleanliness was not up to a good standard, eg windows filthy, towel smelly. Requested double bed for 2nd bedroom but not provided. Fridge cupboard door needs attention.

Was a cheep place to stay but wasn't the nicest.

Easy to find and easy to check into. Large apartment.

Asked if I wanted 3rd bed set up and then didn't do it. Sheets were old/stained. Towels were old. Dryer didn't work.

Modern apartment, great location

It was a great location, being so close to the coop and takeaway and a playground was perfect for us. The space was clean and modern.

Some new/extra pillows would be great, we only had 3 people staying so were just able to have enough but only 2 thin pillows per double bed were provided. Some of the furniture also needs a bit of TLC with a leg on the armchair being broken making the chair unusable, a broken fridge shelf and the dining chairs could use some screws being tightened. We also would have liked to be able to change the thermostat as sometimes we were too warm but couldn’t change the temperature.

Lovely apartment in great location

We've stayed in the same apartments before and so knew what we were getting. Lovely well provisioned apartment with comfortable bed and nice living room. It is right next to a coop supermarket and a pizzeria and a bike shop. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk into town and also another lidl supermarket plus shops, bars and restaurants.

Long Weekend at Stelvio Apartments

Nice place with enough space - kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. We liked that the place had 2 bathrooms which was convenient in the morning for 4 people to get ready. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed (cups, plates, cutlery, dishwasher, etc) apart from a sharp knife. Plenty of parking spaces outside and easy to find the place when using Co-op for directions. Co-op, pizza place, fish and chips shop and a beauty salon are within few steps.

Disposal of rubbish was a bit a struggle - we've been asked to dispose the garbage in the bins outside, which was ok apart from the bins having locks with dials (we were throwing the garbage at 9:30pm, it was dark, so you need an extra pair of hands to hold a phone with a torch to see the numbers on the dials) and the bins were actually full up to the top, so it took a bit of pushing to get the rubbish in.
