Appartamento curato, ben attrezzato, pulito. Complesso in residence con piscina. Zona porto, a 3 minuti a piedi, zona dei locali e ristoranti a 5 minuti. Spiaggia di Playa Grande più distante, circa 10-15 minuti a piedi con una passeggiata sul lungomare.
Difficoltà nel trovare la key box. Di solito è nelle immediate vicinanze della porta d'ingresso o del portone del complesso. In questo caso è dietro al muro di recinzione del complesso, non visibile dal portone e di sera con scarsa illuminazione è difficile trovarla. Consiglio di scrivere: dal portone del residence, esternamente alla struttura andare a destra, per circa 15 metri, appena il muro svolta è ubicata la Key Box
