About this house rental
Casa Ajei is a duplex with a unique location and is only a few meters from the beach "Playa Chica". Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. It is only a few steps to the old port.
The house has 2 bedrooms, all equipped with three single beds and a double bed. Both bathrooms with shower are also on the ground floor, they were renovated in summer 2018. A staircase leads to the living room and kitchen to the first floor. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with satellite TV. From here you get to the spacious terrace with a partial sea view, where you can have breakfast comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a small dining area. From here you get into a small household room, where there is a washing machine. In addition, the house has a good WiFi connection.

Overall excellant location super. Very clean and communication with host excellant. Beds not the mist comfortable. Had to pay extra for 4 people staying for 4 nights but no discount when only 2 people staying for the next 6 nights.

This property was in a perfect location, close to all amenities you require for a relaxing or lively holiday. It also presented spacious & clean for our party of 5. The only 2 downsides to this property was the electric sockets! Or should I point out the lack of in every single room including bedrooms,entrance hall, lounge, dinning area & kitchen along with very outdated, the odd one you could use would not accept U.K. Travel adaptors! There is no available plug sockets at all in the bedroom to the right with the small on suite, just a very old 1 socket extension running under the beds, which was not ideal for 2 females sharing which also does not accept U.K. Travel plugs! So now onto The small onsuite bathroom also for that bedroom was far from a shower room ... The so called shower cubicle needs a modern power shower fitting not a shower head that is hooked on the wall & only trickles like a dripping tap! Showering in that bathroom was my worse holiday nightmare, especially if you needed an hair wash. The main bathroom in bedroom 1 was ok but again the shower far from a good standard & no plug sockets found that could be used for drying hair ect. Over-all if I were to revisit this location I would not choose this property unless it had , had a full refit of modern electrics & ensuite showers.
