About this apartment rental
Entrance to the apartment is at street level with no steps to enter or internally. From the living area and small terrace there are uninterrupted views of the harbor across to Fuerteventura. The apartment has unlimited hi speed internet and many international tv channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for food storage and preparation. There is a large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine (liquid incl.). The bedroom has a large wardrobe, comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Although there is not private on site parking, there are many parking spaces within a few meter from the apartment.

This property would be a 10 if based purely upon its aspect overlooking the harbour however whilst it been updated in some respects it is a little tired in places.
It’s in a quiet part of town which is great to ‘get away from it all’ but is within easy reach of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Car parking can be a challenge it wasn’t until my final day that I managed to secure a spot outside the property. With a little bit more updating this property would be a 10.

We were due to stay 5 nights at Adam's apartment in Puerto del Carmen old town, however, having checked in and stayed 1 night, we decided to leave. Not because there was anything wrong with the apartment itself - the apartment was lovely. Disappointingly, the small pool on the complex was empty at the time of our stay, which is unfortunate, because the disabled member of our party was looking forward to that the most. We decided to check into a nearby hotel and communicated with both Adam and VRBO throughout. We appreciate the swift resolution in the form of a refund.

Amazing views over the harbour.Sat and watched the fishing boats going out and returning with there catch.Everywhere close bye. Bars restaurants etc.Invest in binoculars if going to the apartment. Would go again.Value for the price.

Beautiful seaview v from the apartment. First class location. Pool area good. Basic items like kitchen rool, salt, pepper, oil, bin bags, washing up liquid all provided, plenty of towels. Easy t9 check in via the dropbox. We will return & would recommend.
