We loved the beautiful setting looking out on the city. This was a great place to stay - just a short walk outside the city walls giving us a gorgeous view of San Gimignano everyday. The homemade breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated Benedetta’s help with arranging a wine tour for us and taxi service to get around.

What a hidden gem!
From the moment we walked through the gates we felt completely relaxed.
It’s on a beautifully quiet road just 10 mins walk from San Gimignano.
The gardens are gorgeous with plenty of places to relax and the view over to Gimignano is just magical!
The whole house has a calm and relaxing air and is beautifully clean.
The room is simply decorated with everything you need and the bed is extremely comfortable. The best sleep I had on our 2 week trip travelling around.
It was Benedettas grandmothers house and you can feel the love and warmth in the house.
Benedetta serves you breakfast on the stunning outdoor terrace and was the best breakfast of our travels.
Our room also had its own balcony with a canopy which was lovely to sit out on.
We felt completely relaxed and looked after.
I was so sad we were just there for one night , I didn’t want to leave!
Will definitely return in the future .

Perhaps the highlight of our month in Italy B&B La Cornice exceeded expectations. Our hostess, Benedetta, was vibrant and charming. She's turned a family home into a small B&B, with spacious well thought out rooms, a beautiful patio garden and a wine and coffee bar. Best of all is the beautiful view of San Gimignano and the short walk to the City.
I can't think of a single negative. Perhaps another clothes hook in the bathroom.
