Great views to San Gimignano, cozy atmosphere

-perfectly situated just an easy 10min walk to the old town
-great views from the common areas to the towers of san gimignano
-spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big and modern bathroom
-private (paid) parking just next to the accommodation even though at this time of the year it would have been also possible to park for free on the street as many spots available (that might not be the case in summer/high season though)
-we also decided to have breakfast and it was a good decision. easy and simple breakfast, but all you need and freshly prepared by the host
only not giving a 10 is because there was no water heater on the room. So in order to get hot water to drink a tea / prepare milk for the baby we had to go down to the common kitchen area. Definitely not a big issue but thats why I couldnt give a 10 ( would give a 9.9 instead, but not possible in this rating system)

Absolutely stunning view to San Gimignano, the best breakfast view. Very short walk to the city. Very nice and friendly host. We loved breakfast, nice playful menu, where you could choose, what you love to eat.
We loved everything :)
