Appartamento elegante e molto pulito posizione eccellente. A pochi passi dalla Gran Via e dalla metro.

Localizacao
Itens no apartamento com defeitos na utilização. Exemplo. Ralos do chuveiro e pia do banheiro com baixa vazão . Entupido. Máquina de Lavar louça com a porta travada . Tv do quarto menor sem cabo de TV.

La ubicación.
Nunca pongo nada negativo,pero está vez tengo que ser honesto con las personas que siguen las referencias de Booking. Si el apartamento fuera mío,y sólo es una sugerencia,lo primero que haría sería arreglar los desagües de la casa , sobre todo los del cuarto de baño. La ducha se inundaba rápidamente,y había muy mal olor. Deja mucho que desear que la pintura de las paredes de la cocina estaban levantadas. Y las sillas del salón estaban también en muy mal estado.. Por otro lado,la comunicación y el acceso al apartamento fueron muy buenos. Espero que no se lo tomen a mal mis sugerencias,pero es para mejorar el servicio. Muchas gracias.
