Location is great with several lockers, restaurants and public transportation stops in the very near by. The place is located in the heart of la gran via perfect for shopping and well connected.
No AC which makes it almost impossible to stay indoors. The staff came across unfriendly (it could be that was just the personality of the lady). No luggage storage available but like I said there are several lockers 5 mins walking distance. Very expensive for what it offers (facility wise), I guess you pay for the great location! So it also worked very well for us.
