The apartment’s location was perfect. A little grocery store right across the street, a few cafes and easy access to taxis. Gran Via is just down the block and Plaza del Carmen is at the other end of the block. The apartment itself is small, just enough for two. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice size wardrobe in the bedroom and a small washing machine (only 2 towels at a time) and no dryer. There is a night club next door and around 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning they pour out into the street so it can get a bit loud for about an hour or so even with the outer metal blinds closed. The apartment felt very safe and secure!
