Excellent location, comfortable bed, dining and lounge. Key pick up easy. Owners great with communication and answered any queries I had promptly.

Had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is extremely well located, very easy to get around from. The team got in touch before our arrival to ask what time we’d be getting there and kindly managed to offer us an early check-in at 2pm, which was really appreciated. Overall, great value for money and I’d happily stay here again. The apartment itself was lovely and well kept. Space does get a bit limited once the sofa bed is opened, but it was manageable for a couple of days as a family, though it might feel tight for two couples travelling together.

One thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy at times.

Great location. Very small living area. Nice outdoor space. Fold out couch takes up all the space when in use.

Central accommodation close to Gran Via. Grocery store across the road for breakfast and other supplies. Spacious shower with toiletries. Kitchen equipped with kettle and coffee machine.

Disappointed that the lift was not functioning for 3 whole weeks and we were not informed by the tenants. I travelled with elderly parents with mobility problems so this posed to be a problem as they went up stairs with difficulty. If we knew in advance, we would have changed accommodation but then it was too late once we arrived. Owners told us there will be a compensation for this but it never arrived, and when we asked again a month later to give them time, they said, sorry this is not possible. Sofa bed was not comfortable, so ideally do not use unless for just 1 night. Bathroom only accessible through bedroom so for 4 people, a bit of a nuisance to pass over others to use the toilet.
