Idéalement situé avec une superbe vue, l’appartement offre un espace incroyable dès que nous mettons les pieds à l’intérieur. Offrant absolument tout les équipements nécessaires et même plus, on se sent vite à la maison. Les chambres sont très bien et spacieuses, l’espace cuisine est immense, terrasse magnifique et même une buanderie avec sèche linge.

🏡 We really enjoyed the space itself: the well-stocked kitchen; the washing room; the spacious lounge and bedrooms; the fantastic outside space with balcony and rooftop veranda. 🧺 The hosts left a small welcome basket, which was a lovely touch, and the parking bays out front were extremely convenient for our drives around the North and West of the Island. 🫶🏻 We would highly recommend to any fellow hikers, especially families, who want a larger space for relaxing and morning preparations! 📍 The location was absolutely fantastic for our needs and it helped us complete a really comprehensive tour of the coastal roads and area like Seixel, Porto Moniz, Fanal Forest, and other PR walks (such as PR6 and PR17). 🥘 Access to restaurants was good for the area and they opened up more on weekdays. We recommend the nearby traditional Churrascaria Brasa Viva restaurant (we couldn’t resist going twice) and Restaurante Calamar for wonderful food!

We loved the property overall, though we would probably recommend the following for greater comfort: 1. 💡Some smaller lamps in the larger communal spaces to make them cosier at night. The larger lighting sometimes felt a bit harsh, so we spent most of our time on the terrace. 2. 🪞Additional full length and smaller mirrors in bedrooms to reduce the need to use the bathroom in larger groups. This would speed up time for earlier morning hikes for those who need to do hair and makeup. 3. 🛁 A small hot tub would be fantastic on that veranda with the views and for colder evenings to socialise in. More of a personal preference than something wrong with the property though!

Blunt knifes and sometimes bad internet connection.. but it is the little things:)
