Very comfortable and good-looking. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really appreciated the thumble-dryer. Amazing property.
Nice position for getting to Funchal, Ribeira Brava, Porto Moniz and Encumeada. Santana, Caniçal and Pico do arieiro are over 1h distant by car.

We loved the place! The house is spacious, very cosy, comfortable, well equipped with everything, especially for the ones who love to make BBQ. The view is spectacular, all the green nature and high mountains around the house are amazing. Very quiet and pleasant to have breakfast outside. Nicolau is a very nice host, and very easy to communicate with. I fully recommend the experience at Refugio de Xamusca!
