The villa is great, and it has everything you might need and more: a really nice pool, two bathrooms, comfy beds, equipped kitchen, etc. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. The location is very convenient as well, with quite a lot of restaurants and markets around and easy access to the beach and central Ao Nang.

Neat, short walk to groceries, clean and big pool which helped us cool after a long hot day were the highlights. Sam was quite thoughtful in providing us with local essential numbers which was quite useful. They clean the villa after 2 days and restock the water bottles too. Special mention to his promptness in resolving an A/C related issue.
