Really nice area around locals, easy access to anything you need

Our stay at Smile Home was absolutely perfect, and we highly recommend it. Don was a kind and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. The vacation home is beautifully tucked into a lush jungle setting—clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and nearby attractions. Don thoughtfully helped us arrange an amazing kayak experience, an awesome 3-island private long-tail boat tour, and shared great recommendations for hiking and other adventures. His surprise breakfast of mango and egg sticky rice each morning was a delicious and memorable gesture that reflected his warm hospitality and kind spirit.

It had everything you need. Parking, nice outside area to relax, living area was comfy, lovely beds and shower room ect. Overall had all you need, was comfy and very clean. Greta beaches in your door step with lots of local shops and places to eat ect.

Our hosts Don and Jam were terrific- so helpful and kind organising everything we wanted to do (excursions and transport to our next destination, etc) they responded to messages almost immediately which meant we could maximise our enjoyment. The accommodation was really spacious and well equipped within the beautiful gardens. Loved it!

It was a little far from the beach but the owners had scooters to rent so it was totally fine!

The house is spacious, sparkling clean, beautiful set up with garden, perfectly located between beach and main road and it's restaurants and other facilities. Close to everywhere but still feeling very private, quiet and secluded. The hosts are amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming and responsive to any needs one may have. Jam was so kind to bring us breakfast and fruits every day which we enjoyed immensely. Thank you

This is an honest, unsolicited review, as we truly loved the place. It’s for those who are looking for a quiet, authentic spot, away from the crowds and the commercial side of Thailand. It’s a 15-min walk from the beach, but the route leads you through a beautiful palm grove and Thai countryside. You can also rent a motorbike from the hosts. The beach is wide, empty, not lined with holiday resorts. There are a couple of beach restaurants along it, our favorite being the Boat Cafe - boho / Bali style, where you can spend the whole day on the sun loungers or bean bags, soaking up the sun and savoring the food and the beautiful view. The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean, arranged with the smallest attention to detail. Truly 5-star! They have a beautiful terrace. The beds are super big and comfy, I slept like a baby there. We were not disturbed by any noise from the road. The lovely host will surprise you every morning with a delicious and beautifully served treat. She will arrange tours for you as well, at competitive prices, we loved the private longboat tour of the islands. We recommend comparing the prices of taxi though, especially if you are taking a longer distance trip. There is a 7/11 store within walking distance, and a small food, fruit and vegetable open air market literally at the doorstep, although not open every day. All in all, it’s a beautiful place with lovely hosts, we extended our stay there, and we honestly wish we had booked it for our whole stay in Krabi.

The apartment is just amazing. Modern, functional. After several weeks travelling, having a small kitchen where to cook your breakfast is appreciated. Good, reliable wifi, very confy bed. The little garden in the entrance is so peaceful. Our host was very kind, responsive, helped us straight away with any doubt/question. Not super close to Ao Nang but we wanted a place away from the crowds so this is just perfect.

Nothing. Just a comment, the house is next to a road so you might heard some cars at night. For me and my partner it was not a problem because we sleep with earplugs, but in case someone is sensitive, might be good to know.

Nice house, with a lot of beautifull places in the vicinity. The location is very good, especially because it is so close to khlong muang beach. The owners are very friendly en help you realise your plans. You can rent a scooter at the premises.

Location was close to different beaches by foot or by scooter. Hosts were very nice and helpful in suggesting places to go, tours to take and renting scooter or taking taxi. House had all the necessary equipment for travelling with family (including kitchen equipment). House was clean, garden very nice to sit in shadow outside.

Near a road and a lots of noise. Dogs barking all night so we did not sleep. At Bokking.com the map shows that it’s further away from the road. We used earplugs but it did not help. Sorry to say that because the host is a lovely woman and very helpful in any way.

We stayed with Jam and Don for several days in November with our two daughters. We were most impressed by their kindness and felt very well taken care of. Jam and Don supported us with anything we needed. Their accomodation is truely magnicifent with very much attention to detail - a true oasis. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by, although we recommend a motor bike. Traffic is very moderate and we felt comfortable using a motor bike to get around even with our limited motor bike experience.

Maison très sympa, très propre, à 15/20 minutes d’une jolie plage ; ne pas hésiter à marcher un peu plus pour un spot merveilleux. Le propriétaire Don est très sympathique et serviable : il s’est occupé du taxi depuis l’aéroport et nous a même arrangé notre voyage en bateau à Lanta. Avoir des mango sticky Rice apporté le matin était fort apprécié.

Il s'agit d'une petite maison adossée à une autre de même type au sein d'une luxuriante nature tropicale. Placée un peu à l'écart de la route elle donne sur un chemin. Au bout de ce chemin : un marché alimentaire local tous les vendredi et lundi. Un supermarché à 10mn. Il est préférable d'être motorisé : Don loue des scooters pour un prix très compétitif. C'est le moyen par excellence d'explorer la région. Don est toujours disponible par WhatsApp et donne de judicieuses recommandations. Il peut organiser et booker toutes sortes de sorties bateau pour un prix fort correct. S'en remettre à lui pour de bons restaurants typiques. Cet établissement permet un séjour balnéaire en dehors de Krabi centre très touristique. Mais on peut y aller facilement en scooter en 35 mn. Belles plages peu fréquentées au bout de la route secondaire qui dessert l'accès à la maison. L'ergonomie de la maison est agréable : de la place pour étaler ou ranger ses affaires, séchoir, cintres, belle terrasse, balcon-séchoir proche de la salle d'eau bien utile....etc

C'est juste une remarque : il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge MAIS une laverie se trouve à 5mn à pied de la maison !

Nowy dom. Dwie sypialnie, w każdej wygodne łóżko i klimatyzacja. Do każdej sypialni oddzielna łazienka. Pokój dzienny z telewizją i nowa kuchnia z tosterem, mikrofalówka, pralka. Wszystko nowe! Don jest super gospodarzem!!! Załatwi wszystko od wycieczki po skuter i taxi na lotnisko. Codziennie czekał na nas deser w liściach bananowca 😀😀😀

Trochę hałas. Niedaleko jest droga. Dom jest 1600 kroków spokojną drogą do plaży ale plaża jest nie zatłoczona!

Don is heel vriendelijk en hij kan van alles voor je regelen als je dat wilt. De accommodatie is niet ver van het strand. Don brengt elke morgen heerlijke mango sticky rice. De huisjes bieden veel privacy!

Het enige is de drukke weg waar je wel langs moet lopen om naar het strand te gaan. Maar wij vonden dat niet erg, met kinderen niet zo handig wellicht.

Einfach alles. Es ist gross und mit sehr vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber Don ist sehr fürsorglich. Es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Don ist ein äußerst hilfsbereiter, höflicher und aufmerksamer Host. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert und reibungslos. Er stand für alle Fragen bereit und hat uns sehr gute Ausflugstipps gegeben - danke! Zum Frühstück gab es sehr leckeren, selbstgemachten Sticky Rice als Snack vom Host. Der sehr schöne Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Zahlreiche Shops, Bistros, Supermärkte, Laundry ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren extrem sauber. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit solider Ausstattung. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten. Der kleine Garten vor dem Zimmer ist sehr schön angelegt. Don bietet auch einen Scooter zum Verleih.

Uns hat die Nähe zur Straße und den damit verbundenen Verkehrslärm gestört - dafür kann aber der Host nichts. Mit Oropacks lässt es sich aber gut schlafen.

Der Host nahm direkt Kontakt auf und war über WhatsApp bestens verfügbar. Gleich zu Beginn haben wir diverse Tipps erhalten, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Das Haus ist schön gross und besonders mit Kind vorteilhaft. Eine Waschmaschine zu haben, war ebenfalls super für uns.

Der Preis ist allenfalls ein bisschen zu hoch angesetzt. Die Unterkunft musste Bar bezahlt werden werden, war für uns umständlich war. Hier wünschte ich mir diese im Vorfeld mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen zu können.

Don, der Besitzer vom Smile Home ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er holte uns ab beim Pier, organisierte Roller und eine wunderschöne private Tour (3 Inseln). Die Wohnung war gross und das Bett bequem. Er hat uns auch zum Flughafen Krabi gefahren und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert!

Wunderschöne, blitzblanke Unterkunft, herzliche und sehr bemühte Besitzer und sejr bequeme Betten. Wir haben die Zeit und den Sticky Rice zum Frühstück sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft liegt ein wenig ausserhalb, man ist aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand und bei guten Restaurants.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit liebevoll gestalteten Aussenbereich mit vielen schönen Pflanzen. Don war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Jeden Morgen gab es auch leckeren Reis zum Frühstück. Der Strand in Klong Muang ist sehr schön und entspannt. Es ist eine gute Gegend für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

In der Nähe ist die Hauptstraße, die etwas laut ist. Aber in der Nacht war es in Ordnung.
