Great stay! in case we come back to Krabi - we would choose same property

Nice yard, very spacious and clean. Windows round all house made very nice feeling of light and nature Yard fully covered from rain with wonderful plants, even during rain could spend time outside. Kitchen is well equipped and had all necessary cutlery . The location was also convenient to all local restaurants and 7-11 to buy staff Owner was very helpful - arranged our transfers and recommended places to visit

Good holiday

Wonderful atmosphere in both houses, which I had to live in. Flexibility and attempts to meet the needs of guests and understand their problems by the host (husband, Hi Jam :)). In general, this is still a Muslim and strict part of Thailand. It is necessary to understand their rules and principles. A mullah in the morning is everywhere in Krabi.

The house closer to the road turned out to be a bit noisy for us (and may be more older type of conditioner). The strictness and uncooperativeness of the hostess (wife, sorry Don).

A little haven to relax close enough to the beach

The owner Dom was kind super helpful and responsive. He’s created a lovely garden space which means the terrace has privacy . He recommended places to visit and had a motor scooter for hire at reasonable rates. Brought some sticky rice treats which were delicious. I felt at home. A beautiful cat visited every day. It’s nice to be close to the beach at Long Muong which is so much nicer than the tourist overload of Ao Nang.

The road can be a little noisy at times.

Our stay at Smile Home was absolutely perfect, and we highly recommend it. Don was a kind and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. The vacation home is beautifully tucked into a lush jungle setting—clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and nearby attractions. Don thoughtfully helped us arrange an amazing kayak experience, an awesome 3-island private long-tail boat tour, and shared great recommendations for hiking and other adventures. His surprise breakfast of mango and egg sticky rice each morning was a delicious and memorable gesture that reflected his warm hospitality and kind spirit.

It had everything you need. Parking, nice outside area to relax, living area was comfy, lovely beds and shower room ect. Overall had all you need, was comfy and very clean. Greta beaches in your door step with lots of local shops and places to eat ect.

An absolute gem!

Our hosts Don and Jam were terrific- so helpful and kind organising everything we wanted to do (excursions and transport to our next destination, etc) they responded to messages almost immediately which meant we could maximise our enjoyment. The accommodation was really spacious and well equipped within the beautiful gardens. Loved it!

The house is spacious, sparkling clean, beautiful set up with garden, perfectly located between beach and main road and it's restaurants and other facilities. Close to everywhere but still feeling very private, quiet and secluded. The hosts are amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming and responsive to any needs one may have. We loved this place!

This is an honest, unsolicited review, as we truly loved the place. It’s for those who are looking for a quiet, authentic spot, away from the crowds and the commercial side of Thailand. It’s a 15-min walk from the beach, but the route leads you through a beautiful palm grove and Thai countryside. You can also rent a motorbike from the hosts. The beach is wide, empty, not lined with holiday resorts. There are a couple of beach restaurants along it, our favorite being the Boat Cafe - boho / Bali style, where you can spend the whole day on the sun loungers or bean bags, soaking up the sun and savoring the food and the beautiful view. The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean, arranged with the smallest attention to detail. Truly 5-star! They have a beautiful terrace. The beds are super big and comfy, I slept like a baby there. We were not disturbed by any noise from the road. The lovely host will surprise you every morning with a delicious and beautifully served treat. She will arrange tours for you as well, at competitive prices, we loved the private longboat tour of the islands. We recommend comparing the prices of taxi though, especially if you are taking a longer distance trip. There is a 7/11 store within walking distance, and a small food, fruit and vegetable open air market literally at the doorstep, although not open every day. All in all, it’s a beautiful place with lovely hosts, we extended our stay there, and we honestly wish we had booked it for our whole stay in Krabi.

Great experience in Krabi!

The apartment is just amazing. Modern, functional. After several weeks travelling, having a small kitchen where to cook your breakfast is appreciated. Good, reliable wifi, very confy bed. The little garden in the entrance is so peaceful. Our host was very kind, responsive, helped us straight away with any doubt/question. Not super close to Ao Nang but we wanted a place away from the crowds so this is just perfect.

Nothing. Just a comment, the house is next to a road so you might heard some cars at night. For me and my partner it was not a problem because we sleep with earplugs, but in case someone is sensitive, might be good to know.

Near a road and a lots of noise. Dogs barking all night so we did not sleep. At Bokking.com the map shows that it’s further away from the road. We used earplugs but it did not help. Sorry to say that because the host is a lovely woman and very helpful in any way.

We stayed with Jam and Don for several days in November with our two daughters. We were most impressed by their kindness and felt very well taken care of. Jam and Don supported us with anything we needed. Their accomodation is truely magnicifent with very much attention to detail - a true oasis. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by, although we recommend a motor bike. Traffic is very moderate and we felt comfortable using a motor bike to get around even with our limited motor bike experience.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit liebevoll gestalteten Aussenbereich mit vielen schönen Pflanzen. Don war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Jeden Morgen gab es auch leckeren Reis zum Frühstück. Der Strand in Klong Muang ist sehr schön und entspannt. Es ist eine gute Gegend für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

In der Nähe ist die Hauptstraße, die etwas laut ist. Aber in der Nacht war es in Ordnung.

Für kurze Aufenthalte perfekt - sehr guter Service

Don ist sehr freundlich, hat uns Tipps gegeben und einen Roller für 300 Baht pro Tag organisiert. Die Lage ist super, es sind zirka 14 Minuten zum Ao Nang Beach und nur 5 Minuten zum Klong Muang Beach, der deutlich schöner ist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, wer da empfindlich ist, sollte aufpassen. Die Wohnung ist nicht wie beschrieben über 100qm groß, sondern nur knapp 50 qm, die Terrasse ist mit dem Vorgarten nochmal zirka 50 qm. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, es gibt auch Bücher, einen Kühlschrank und eine leicht einstellbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Für uns perfekt für zwei Nächte. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Geweldige host, vlotte communicatie en steeds beschikbaar. De ruimte is proper, heeft goede voorzieningen en ligt op wandelafstand van het strand. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor strand, dagtrips naar de watervallen of phi phi island.

Het huis is prima in orde! Één klein minpunt is de akoestische isolatie: je hoort de grote weg nogal luid, en hoort de buren door de muur.

Отдыхали на веранде, ели креветки с рынка напротив и пили по 5-7 кокосов за 20 бат, что покупали через дорогу.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit Gastgeber, der uns alle Wünsche erfüllt hat

Don und seine Frau waren hervorragende und herzliche Gastgeber. Der Kontakt war sehr schnell und freundlich via WhatsApp möglich. Don hat uns schon die komplette Anreise von unserer vorherigen Unterkunft auf Koh Yao Yai organisiert und zur Weiterreise nach Koh Jum an den Pier gefahren (1500 Baht für fast 1,5 h Fahrt)! Er hat uns auch Unmengen von Tipps für Unternehmungen geschickt und beim Abholen die Umgebung erklärt. Darüber hinaus gab es jeden Morgen Khao Niao Sangkhaya (also Kokosreis im Bananenblatt mit einem Pudding) bzw. mit karamellisierten Kokosraspeln.. Super lecker! Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte reichlich Platz (wir hatten die größte Villa). Scooter konnten wir für 300 Baht mieten - dieser war total neu. Ansonsten liegt die Unterkunft nahe einer Hauptstraße, dennoch recht ruhig. In direkter Umgebung (innerhalb 300 m sind zwei kleine Märkte jeweils am Montag, Dienstag, Freitag und Sonntag) sowie ein 7-Eleven. Daneben gibt es noch reichlich weitere Shops und Restaurants. Der Strand ist mit dem Roller in zwei Minuten erreicht. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen. PS: Sehr kinderfreundlich, Don hat immer mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn Quatsch gemacht und die Einfahrt gefegt 😃.

Zwei kleinere Dinge: Die Küchenausstattung könnte durch ein Geschirrtuch, ein scharfes Messer und Spülmittel erweitert werden. Da wir mit Kind dort waren, hatten wir um frische Bettwäsche gebeten. Die Reinigung erfolgt aber erst ab dem 5. Tag. Trotz dieser Regel kam Don vorbei und hat in kürzester Zeit unseren Wunsch erfüllt und auch den Müll entsorgt. Fegen kann man zwischendurch selbst, einen geeigneten Besen gibt es in der Villa.

Прекрасно оформленные и оборудованные аппартаменты с терассой в окружении зелени. Хозяин помогает сориентироваться и организовать экскурсии. Идеальная чистота и уют. 20 мин до Ао Нанг на авто, до ближайшего пляжа 5 мин. Пляж Klong Muang Beach живописный и малолюдный, порадовал ресторан Boat качеством еды и ценами. Пляж Рейли и соседние с ним обязательны к посещению

Пришлось немного подождать ключи, в прежедах 15 мин. Пешком до ближайшего пляжа идти некомфортно, но на машине 5 мин. Надо учитывать, что в отличие от Пхукета в Краби сильные отливы , купаться во время которых невозможно. Приходится подстраиваться под график приливов и отливов.
