Great mid-tier accommodation for a fair price.

If you have a bike it is ok. The lake in front is at the moment not very representative and smells a bit at the end of the day but I do not think it will stay like this. The value for money in comparison to the rest of the market during high season was good. The caretakers are ok but don't expect resort services. they are kind and willing to help.

Lake smell a bit. Ok for solo travelers or younger target groups. .would not take my wife or familie there but would stay there again as a 40 year old male that does not need a lot of luxery

Inconvenient, and the surroundings and price don’t make up for that.

The staff were nice people, the room itself was good, most things worked ok

It’s like they wanted to make a great resort but ran out of money at the end - lots of trivial problems like toilets backing up that in total made it mediocre. ‘Creative’ photos on the site- actually overlooks a fish farm, the ‘river’ is a murky creek, etc. Get a scooter before you go there - can’t do anything much without one, and it’s off all transport routes.

Poor check-in experience and uncomfortable environment

Poor organization and uncomfortable surroundings The check-in process took almost two hours, mainly due to communication problems. While the staff was friendly, no one spoke English, and everything had to be handled via translation apps. Additionally, there were several stray dogs around the property, barking and behaving aggressively, which made us feel unsafe. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Unsafe room conditions – stay cut short

Personal friendly

We left after just one night. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floor was extremely uneven, and walking on it made me feel nauseous — even though I do not get seasick at all. A serious safety issue occurred when a chair literally collapsed when I sat on it (I weigh 68 kg). Hot water was not working properly, and the bed was extremely hard, causing physical discomfort the next morning. Because of these issues, staying longer was not an option.

Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Eigenaren (echtpaar) zijn beide super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spreken alleen geen engels dus communiceren gaat via google translate. Dit werkt prima.

De locatie is wat ver vanaf het centrum. Ongeveer 10 minuten met de scooter. Eigenaar kan een scooter voor je regelen vanaf 250 bath per dag (februari 2026).

Ruhiger und schöner Aufenthalt ausserhalb von Ao Nang

Das Gastgeberpaar war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen von Ao Nang neben dem Mangrovenwald und ist in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Da wir ohne Fahrzeug da waren, hat uns der Gastgeber mehrmals zu einem sehr guten Preis nach Ao Nang Landmark gefahren und auch wieder abgeholt. Da das Gastgeberpaar kein Englisch spricht, haben wir uns über Google Translate verständigt, was absolut problemlos war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren unter anderem mit dem Kajakverleih auf dem Nachbargrundstück in den Mangroven.
