Poorly maintained condominium

The rooms and the building itself are relatively new and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Despite being relatively new, the complex is in an advanced state of decay. You can see and feel at every corner that things are no longer maintained and looked after. Rooftop pool no longer available. Apparently for a few months now. Gym a total disaster. All the machines are broken and in a terrible state. Minor damage to all the furniture in the rooms, dirty walls in the corridors and rooms. Massive mould in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful and responsive.

The pool was great and fresh. Views from the roof are stunning. Quiet location, easy to get in and out of Krabi town to explore area with scooter. Good bed, firm. Good shower. Helpful staff.

We rented this place to have a kitchen to cook simple meals when needed, but it was not well equipped enough to do so. A few things would need updating or added. The couch is not comfortable at all.

It was really worth the money. All facilities required for a family was available. The response for messages were also too quick. Thnaks for that.

In the middle of nowhere, nothing in English on tv, and the rooftop pool was closed. Also the pool that was in use had no sun loungers, only two chairs!

I stayed in the apartment for 1 month - it was a really good time in Krabi , very helpful staff , the apartment has everything you need to live. Great views from the window and a super rooftop pool It's quiet and you can't hear the neighbors Good internet

Quite far from the main beaches, no stores nearby, so you may definitely need a motorcycle( rentals are available at your apartment ) There are a lot of small ants in the apartment, I could not understand where they came from (I think this is normal for Thailand). The water in the shower stall was constantly leaking out

Good value for money flat

The property seems to be a residence where people live full year, it is secure as there is a night guard. The gym is old but you still can manage to do a training The flat was large enough and there is a kitchen if you want to cook !

I would have put a 9 but there was no cover for the duvet and there were some stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom towels… You need a motorbike or order taxis to get anywhere as it is a bit eccentric

fantastic service. didn't even see Mus but got the keys of a moped delivered along with requested helmets for family. would definitely use again if returning to Krabi.

A decent stay for long term and value for money !

The apartment size is quite decent for a family of 3 with one double bed+ 1 sofa bed. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc. The apartment building is new and maintained. A good size smart TV with a good wifi.

General Cleanliness of the whole apartment could have been better. Apartment was not cleaned during our entire stay which could have been an added advantage otherwise. The utensils in kitchen were not very clean as well. Location of the apartment is a bit off (not very close to restaurants, supermarkets as such) and one need to have a two wheeler or car to move around conveniently.

Great value for money.

The rooftop pool is amazing. We always had it to ourselves too. The apartment has everything you need too, the big TV with netflix is a plus. Plenty of storage space for your stuff, super washing machine, added bonus of a gym and good WiFi. We didn't need a scooter. We walked to Krabi, took us about 40 minutes but we enjoyed it and had a pool day. 7 eleven round the corner with a nice thai restaurant next to it. Not too many restaurant choices nearby but that is expected, as the location is out of town.

Something to hang clothes on to dry would be great. Bed quite hard. Ants in the kitchen (not loads but if you left anything out, quite a lot of them would appear). Last time we stayed, we had a normal apartment rather than the duplex one. Much preferred the other one and would give that 10/10.

Excellent!

The property is just fantastic! You literally get your own flat, with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, rooftop pool, and nice big tv with Netflix. The view is fantastic from your room is fantastic too! Really enjoyed my time here, so much so I came back and rented it again :) You will need to rent a motorbike from the owner to get In and out of town. I absolutely LOVED staying here!

Although the lady who met us spoke very little english she was pleasant. The lady I managed to find to get the printer working was extremely helpful and resourceful biggest thankyou .

Our passports were not photocopied not even asked for. No explanations in the apartment how anything worked, No explanation of the keycard in fact it hardly worked. Far too out of town for us. Nowhere to find a restaurant open. Bathroom was good as was the bed. Kitchen looked very worn! You get what you pay for!!!
