Fantastic value for money - a meal At McDonald’s will Cost you more than a night here Washing machine was very handy Had everything we needed although the equipment were a little tired they were perfectly usable The Hosts Communicated via WhatsApp very efficiently which we liked The view from the apartment was epic

Great for a short stay / layover en route to another city

Comfortable, budget-friendly space to stay with good facilities, including a very basic gym to workout in and a pool. Washing machine in the apartment a huge plus also, and great internet.

Semi-tricky to check into, but fortunately a young girl who lived there helped us out and let us in. Location not ideal for walking to restaurants.

Very nice if you don’t mind a rather basic environment.

Quiet location, the rooms in the back have a nice view of the greenery and lime outcrops. It’s also a good position between Krabi town and Aonang. The owner of our apartment was very responsive to our issues and there were enough kitchen appliances such as washing machine, fridge, microwave oven and even a grill oven.

The property is a bit scruffy and utensils were very basic.

It was quite out of the way from the town and Ao Nang, so struggled with transportation. Unfortunately during our stay there were building works but this can’t be helped

Room was large, GREAT TV! 60"+, comfortable living room an workspace, great bed, good shower. Aircon in bedroom and living room worked well.

Location was the biggest issue, nothing walkable around. You will have to Taxi/Grab/Tuk Tuk Stove didn't work, outlet blocked so it couldn't be plugged in, Unit lacks sufficient trash cans and direction where to dispose of trash. If they fixed a few things and put some additional larger trash cans out it would limit the downside to location.

Lovely place , great choice to relax.

Lovely place, and clean and perfect for relaxing. all quality and well organised. The owner offered me a super good deal for a rental scooter 600 baht, best deal in town. All was easy, and the staff was so friendly. Total recommended place if you want a relax atmosphere. By the pictures i could already see this was a great choice for my arrival.

Poorly maintained condominium

The rooms and the building itself are relatively new and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Despite being relatively new, the complex is in an advanced state of decay. You can see and feel at every corner that things are no longer maintained and looked after. Rooftop pool no longer available. Apparently for a few months now. Gym a total disaster. All the machines are broken and in a terrible state. Minor damage to all the furniture in the rooms, dirty walls in the corridors and rooms. Massive mould in the bathroom.

The pool was great and fresh. Views from the roof are stunning. Quiet location, easy to get in and out of Krabi town to explore area with scooter. Good bed, firm. Good shower. Helpful staff.

We rented this place to have a kitchen to cook simple meals when needed, but it was not well equipped enough to do so. A few things would need updating or added. The couch is not comfortable at all.

I stayed in the apartment for 1 month - it was a really good time in Krabi , very helpful staff , the apartment has everything you need to live. Great views from the window and a super rooftop pool It's quiet and you can't hear the neighbors Good internet

Quite far from the main beaches, no stores nearby, so you may definitely need a motorcycle( rentals are available at your apartment ) There are a lot of small ants in the apartment, I could not understand where they came from (I think this is normal for Thailand). The water in the shower stall was constantly leaking out

Good value for money flat

The property seems to be a residence where people live full year, it is secure as there is a night guard. The gym is old but you still can manage to do a training The flat was large enough and there is a kitchen if you want to cook !

I would have put a 9 but there was no cover for the duvet and there were some stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom towels… You need a motorbike or order taxis to get anywhere as it is a bit eccentric

A decent stay for long term and value for money !

The apartment size is quite decent for a family of 3 with one double bed+ 1 sofa bed. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc. The apartment building is new and maintained. A good size smart TV with a good wifi.

General Cleanliness of the whole apartment could have been better. Apartment was not cleaned during our entire stay which could have been an added advantage otherwise. The utensils in kitchen were not very clean as well. Location of the apartment is a bit off (not very close to restaurants, supermarkets as such) and one need to have a two wheeler or car to move around conveniently.
