Clean, nice staff, super location (in main row but still quiet and peaceful at night), good breakfast

The location, the beds were comfortable and clean, room was spacious

- No room cleaning. Had to claim toilet paper and change of the bins multiple times. They didn’t understand that we needed the bins to be changed, after asking via Google translate, sending a message on booking and showing a bin picture on Google image. Laid back attitude but the owners are nice. I feel like they were making fun of us sometimes. 1 The pool had no water, we couldn’t use it, and we were not told before. No discount at the end despite that. - In the bathroom, we HAD to sweep water after showering otherwise a lot of water would stay next to the sink. It was smelly and we had to insist so reception finally came and cleaned the plug.

Great location, right in the centre of Tam Coc view from our room was amazing.

Sadly there was little warm water and the bathroom did smell.

close to centre of Nimh Binh and the owner was very lovely.

The water went cold soon in the shower and ants were kept appearing in one of the beds
