- Zimmer war sauber
- Wäscheservice und Fahrräder leihen hat gut funktioniert
- konnten uns abends auch nochmal Frischmachen, bevor wir in den Bus gestiegen sind (obwohl wir kein Zimmer mehr hatten)

The bikes were fantastic to hire straight from the homestay - 50k VND a day
Decent breakfast - banh mi or pancake with fruit and coffee
The family were warm and friendly
Cosy bed and aircon worked great
However, there were some cleanliness issues - particularly in the bathroom, with mould/mildew and drain flies. This was reported to the family but unfortunately we weren't able to come to an agreement on how to resolve it.
The view was also not as described - the garden view actually overlooked a building. There were some noise issues late at night too which affected our sleep.
Overall, it made do for 3 nights but I sadly wouldn't choose to stay again.
