Tam Coc Family Friendly Homestay

The room was as described. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

There is a karaoke bar right across the street. The noise is awful.

It's one of the best stays in Vietnam. The owner is very helpful and shares the information she knows. She also helped me to book the bus ticket for my last-minute trip to Sapa and even gave me a discounted price. During the day I went to take the bus at 6 am, the owner even purposely prepared breakfast early for me to take to the bus. (Usual breakfast time starts at 7 am). The breakfast is delicious consisting of omelette/pancakes, etc. + a drink + fruit. Except fruit, there's a menu for you to choose for the breakfast. The homestay location is near Tam Coc Lake with walking distance less than 5 minutes. The cafe, restaurants, pharmacy and convenient stores are just opposite or the same row besides, so less than one minute of walking distance. The room looks exactly like the pictures and is even more spacious than I thought. The bed is very comfortable. The water is hot enough. There are both air con and a fan available in the room, and the air con is cold enough. For someone who is scared of the cold like me, you can change the fan after the room is cold enough.

Everything was amazing! Everyone was so kind and polite. Room is very big, clean, comfortable and nice. Same goes for the bathroom. Excellent location, everything is pretty close. Very good breakfast, you even get a menu to choose what you’d like.
