Right in the city center of Tam Coc. Room clean and perfect for the price. There is a super nice and cheap restaurant next door for breakfast and dinner.
The wet bathroom (no separation between shower and toilet) but super common in Asia.

Nice place, huge room, friendly staff. Much more of a hotel than a hostel or home-stay.
Outside noise was bad but not their fault in any way (building work across the street).

A very affordable, comfortable hotel in the heart of Tam Coc. Near most attractions and activities and they offer electric bike hire as well. Room was spacious with the basic essentials.Always willing to help despite the language barrier. The manager loaded me with my carry-on and backpack on his motorcycle when the bus company changed the departure point and I had to rush to get there in time. Thank you so much for your kindness.
The hotel do not offer breakfast but there are loads of breakfast options nearby. This kept the price down!

Location, good AC.
Bathroom had a weird smell. No receptionist available to talk to when I was deciding if I wanted to stay longer or not.
