Great location (close from everything), the owner was really nice and helpful: you have a question she has the answer.
She has everything you need: laundry service, motorbikes, bicycle, and she helped us to book a sleeping bus (way cheaper than what we found online)

This a lovely little (actual homestay) not a hole as description might lead to to think. I gave 4 stars only because the description on booking is nothing like what you get. But it had everything we needed, great location and the owner only to happy to help and friendly.
One negative, during the night, fogs and Cockerells are very noisy so light sleepers might not fare well. This might be different from other rooms.
Overall, I'd happily stay again.

The owner lady was very kind. We were able to rent a motorbike cheaply.
We didn't like the room — the bed was hard, there was no blanket, and we were cold.
