Interesting experience to stay in a well created basement apartment. The place was well decorated had two bedrooms, each an with on-suite bathrooms

Watch out, the bathroom floor may get wet and the floor slippery from the condensed water after showering- keep the door open to the room to allow the moisture to get out. Door handle broken in at least one of the rooms. Would have been nice to have some coffee in the apartment, not just the coffee machine. Capsules are different from one machine to the other- it just would have been a nice gesture would have been a nice gesture.

La posizione è comoda e l’alloggio dispone di due camere, entrambe con bagno, cosa sicuramente positiva. Molto apprezzata anche la disponibilità della proprietaria: il check-in era previsto per le 15:30, ma ci è stato consentito di entrare già alle 12:30. La proprietaria, che abbiamo contattato esclusivamente tramite WhatsApp, si è dimostrata disponibile.

Il principale problema, a mio avviso, riguarda le caratteristiche dell’alloggio. Si tratta di un locale completamente sottoposto al livello della strada ( circa 2 metri) e scale piuttosto ripide, senza finestre solo con dei piccoli punti luce. Ritengo importante che queste caratteristiche siano chiaramente indicate nell’annuncio, perché possono incidere molto sulla scelta del soggiorno. Soprattutto, il problema più rilevante è stata l’umidità. L’ambiente era estremamente umido, al punto che, dopo appena 48 ore, gli indumenti lasciati nelle camere avevano già assunto un evidente odore di umido/muffa. Personalmente ho trovato le condizioni ambientali difficili da tollerare per un soggiorno.
