Great stay, a great start to Skopje

The property was in a great location and only 10 mins walk away from the centre. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding smelled fantastic. Everyone in our group said how comfortable and clean everything was. And our host Tamara was so helpful in getting us used to Skopje and recommending restaurants etc. a great stay overall!

The only minor issue was that there was construction work nearby that started very early every morning, obviously this is not the host’s fault but it did lead to some very early mornings for us around 4am. And a small problem was that the shower head often fell down the shower. It can easily be held to avoid this issue but can cause a bit of a bump if you aren’t expecting it!

Modern, clean and cosy apartment! The hospitality is superb! Ms Tamara, the host, is very helpful and fluent in English. The location is excellent since it is 5-7 minutes walk from the city's square center and quiet at night. Everything met our expectations ( even the parking is super secure). Excellent value for money and definitely recommended!

Good location and large apartment with private car parking

When we arrived, apartment that we booked, was changed and host offered different apartment to us (family with 7 years child). Although we texted the arrival time, no information was given about this change until that time by host. When we arrived, daughter of host tried to explain the situation (at 7 p.m) and offered the different apartment, we had to accept the offer because we are family and we do not have any place to go at night with our 7 years child. Host does not know English and her daughter tries to help for communication. They guarantee to reach but after 5 minutes, they are disappeared. There is no quilt in apartment, it was 8 degree and very cold, however, in apartment there are thin pique to sleep, I found one quilt in wardrobe, it was spotted and there was no bedding to cover it. Of course we requested from the host but still thin pique was given. Bathroom was very small and old.

Very good location, close to center, fits accommodation of 5, parking available right near

Beware that the hot water needs to be turned on from the light switcher. We were not explained that and so it took us some time to figure out why there was no hot water The apartment was not very well kept, some plants in there were all dried out and overall impression is that it was not very clean, bathroom with no window, smoking smell all over the place. We had a reference of another apartment in Skopje at a lower price and with better conditions, so this is what we base our review on

It is a great place and has the feel of a home. However, the bed in the bedroom is made together of two beds and it is relly uncomfortable. They should at least get a queen-size bed.
