Easy check in and good location.

Unfortunately it is in poor condition, with grime on kitchen handles and stove, dirty doors, some mold/rot in the bathroom and poorly installed floor with large gaps in the wood. Large construction project next door. Having to empty a 10 gallon water jug daily because of poor air conditioner drainage (not disclosed until well after booking). Large dead cockroaches in the building hallway. Resulted in us leaving early and finding other accommodations.

Fabulous

Loved this property! Every amenity you would need they have, including coffee machine with pods, dish washer, two air humidifiers and even travel adaptors! The apartment was lovely a clean, and the location is perfect. Right next to the bus station and beach. The owners are 100/10 best hosts we have ever experienced, we had a full tour upon arrival and everything you would possibly need to know is written in a help guide book. Will definitely book again with the hosts when returning to Malaga.

Great location, so close to the bus and trains and the beach. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Super helpful host and we had a lovely stay.

Fabulous apartment in central location

Everything about the apartment was fantastic. the location is brilliant, only a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations. It’s very spacious and we loved having the balcony to relax with a drink after a day of walking around and exploring. Claire kept in contact and was happy to answer any questions and gave us great recommendations. Claire and Michael have ensured the apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need. We definitely hope to stay again!

I am a company director of a cable company Due to a change in flight plans We booked this Apartment. Normally We don’t write reviews unless a property has appeared excellent in all respects as this one has Considering the late notice given by myself I have to say the hosts were amazingly helpful in every way possible . The accommodation was immaculate and the facilities were amazing——-both for work and play High speed Wi-Fi was especially useful for me as it enabled me to catch up on work commitments Plus as an added bonus all tv channels were available plus Netflix and Every conceivable Football channel Didn’t have much time to explore the kitchen but it appeared to be exceptionally well equipped I slept like a log so this in itself tells you how comfortable the bed was Location was undoubtedly about the best spot in fuengirola For me the ability to simply walk 3 minutes to catch the train to the Airport was amazing With everything fuengirola has to offer virtually on your doorstop I have 60 employees that work for me and am going to give them all full details of this Apartment and strongly recommend it . At the end of the day it’s perfect for a working or holiday vacation due to reasons stated above ( Vert important to have good working facilities such as high speed Wi-Fi etc ——as this apartment has ) Thank you to the Hosts especially Claire who went out of her way to help us. Even to the point of sending us full timetables for the train And full details of the English speaking taxi service ( Even offered to call the taxi first thing in the morning for us ) A lot of Hosts could learn from the standards they set

Super friendly and helpful hosts with perfect communication before our trip. I have rarely felt so well taken care of. From the trip preparation, to the arrival and departure, everything was perfectly organized. Great location and great facilities. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning worked well. The entertainmaint program was easy to use and the information provided by the hosts was detailed and super helpful.

Location about the best in Fuengirola Second line to beach so quiet and 3 mins walk to beach Saved me an absolute fortune in Taxi fares to the Airport ( Train 4 mins walk which takes you direct to the Airport for about 3 euros ) Facilities at the property were the best we have ever had especially for the children All Uk Tv / Disney / Netflix / Films on a huge flat screen Coffee machine / even dishwasher . Air con in every room ( excellent )

The location really was absolutely perfect for accessing everything Fuengirola has to offer; right beside the bus and train station as well as only being a very short walk to the beach and the famous Fish Alley, the paseo, Bioparc and Myramar Shopping Centre.

Nothing to dislike, it is exactly as advertised and has everything to provide a perfect holiday stay.

Family meet up

From meeting Claire and her lovely welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The flat is well situated for the beach , promenade, town and bus/rail services. It is well equipped and light and airy having it's own balcony over the street for people watching. The WiFi is certainly a plus and TV with all channels when you need a little down time. It is so central with restaurants, shopping and convenience stores on your doorstep and tourist attractions all within 10-15 minutes walk away. What a great place to relax and unwind for a few days. I booked here as I was finishing some business in Fuengirolla What’s impressed me the most is the overall attention given to Hygiene Absolutely immaculate in all respects I basically used the Apartment as a mini office and I must say I was very impressed with Fibre optic Wi-Fi which was supplied for free And Direct Router access And when I’d finished work to Have Netflix / / as well as all movie channels was the icing on the Cake Last but not least it was a brilliant location for me Everything to Hand Shops restaurants etc right outside Easy access to Train which took me directly to the Airport Last but not least is that the Hosts have thought of everything to help fellow business travelers like me feel at home Thoroughly recommend this apartment

Brilliant

I am a director in the construction industry and booked this initially because I needed space for workmen. From start to finish the experience was good. Hosts opened main door (street level) electronically. All I did was ring them on arrival. I know that usually hosts would meet us but due to this virus they have adopted this new method. They sent me a short video explaining everything. Having booked another property of theirs I was conversant with the tv etc etc Netflix and Uk channels. Location is great. Couldn’t get out much in the situation we are in. Bed and facilities were Great. Again perfect sized kitchen and everything we needed. All round a Great 3 bed apartment and we wanted for nothing. The WiFi was super fast and seriously helped my business and go workers. Especially video conferences.

L'appartement est grand, spacieux et à proximité de tout.

L'appartement est très sale et puant !!! Dans la cuisine, le frigo n'a pas été nettoyé car il présente des restes de nourriture sous le bac à légumes. Au niveau de la parois de celui-ci et du congélateur, il y a une couche de glace de plus ou moins 1cm d'épaisseur. Au niveau du salon, les rideaux sont tombants et effilochés dans le bas. La table de salon a été peinte avec une peinture qui laisse a désirer. Lorsque vous poser vos bras dessus, ceux-ci collent à la table. La télévision ne comporte aucunes chaînes espagnoles, il n'y avait qu'un système style "IPTV". Côté salle de bains, là c'est le summum !!! Au premier abord, on a juste envie de fuir. La lunette de toilette est totalement inadaptée. La tenture de la baignoire est sale et inadaptée. On a même eu la visite d'un cafard de plus ou moins 6cm de longueur dans la baignoire ainsi que dans la cage d'escaliers. Lorsque vous prenez une douche et que la porte est fermée (puisque nous étions 3), vous avez l'impression d'être dans un sauna. Aucune ventilation. Des odeurs provenants des canalisations sont permanentes. Les tentures de la chambre donnant sur la terrasse sont sales et déchirées. La planche de la garde-robe est abîmée, le bas de la garde-robe est manquant. Les oreillers comportent des housses de tailles différentes. Cet appartement doit être entièrement rénové !!!

Buena ubicación, pero con deficiencias.

Buena ubicación, a 300 metros de la playa y céntrico.

Todo el piso necesita una reforma integral (techos, paredes, suelos, puertas, etc.). Se nota que el piso tiene bastantes años y la ultima reforma fue también hace muchos años. En su momento pintaron encima de lo que había y ahí ha quedado. Techos agrietados, suelos donde las tablas de tarima no ajustan bien en varios sitios, puertas de hace años. El único baño deja mucho que desear todo el. Huelen las cañerías, silicona suelta en el borde de la taza, etc. La terraza está en el dormitorio mas grande y da a la calle principal más ruidosa, mientras que el salón no tiene terraza, tiene un ventanal, y da a una calle en la parte trasera con menos ruidos. Las puertas correderas para salir a la terraza en el dormitorio principal, no ajustan bien, y aunque son de doble acristalamiento (climalit), se oyen bastantes ruidos por la noche. Yo reformaría el piso entero, tirando tabiques y daría una nueva ubicación de salón y dormitorios.
