Located in the heart of Fuengirola, next to the Theater Hall Varietés and Constitution Square and 250 m. from the beach and boardwalk.
Comfortable and sunny apartment 133 m2 duplex. and 67 m2. terrace-solarium on the upper floor.
main pedestrian entrance and parking garage entrance by back street.
Very close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The house has living room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and parking garage in the same building, a square, for use of the apartment.
In living room, tv 42 "with international satellite channels, DVD and free Wi-Fi.

We had great time at Felix’s apartment. The apartment is well located the beach , supermarket and restaurants are all nearby, it also has a garage which was a big plus.The apartment was clean and Felix was a great host.We like it so much we are already planning to go again.

We had an amazing stay at Félix's place. It's super central but not too noisy, really homely with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the best bit of all is all the outdoor space so you can enjoy that Spanish sun! We'd stay again without hesitation.

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment, the location was excellent so close to everything, Felix the host was lovely and very welcoming , the accommodation was very clean and well equipped, the only thing I would say is there’s 3 flights of stairs, one to get to the apartment and 2 within the accommodation Itself, although this did not effect us it may for some people, we would definitely go back

Mycket ren och fin bra läge . Saknade ett matbord där man kan sitta och umgås. Väldigt trångt i så stort hus.
