We had an amazing stay at Félix's place. It's super central but not too noisy, really homely with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the best bit of all is all the outdoor space so you can enjoy that Spanish sun! We'd stay again without hesitation.

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment, the location was excellent so close to everything, Felix the host was lovely and very welcoming , the accommodation was very clean and well equipped, the only thing I would say is there’s 3 flights of stairs, one to get to the apartment and 2 within the accommodation Itself, although this did not effect us it may for some people, we would definitely go back

This apartment ticked all the boxes for our holiday. Felix, our host, met us on arrival and gave us a tour of his beautiful apartment. Very clean, spacious 3 bedrooms and the large rooftop area was a real suntrap. It even had a shower up there to cool off when sunbathing. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to everything you needed...shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. We would not hesitate to book again with Felix next time we go.

We had a wonderful week staying at this accommodation. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our two grown up children. The location was great-very close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We enjoyed eating out at some of the many restaurants but also used the bbq on the roof top terrace. The accommodation was spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. The host communicated well and was there to welcome us, even though our flight was delayed, which meant we arrived quite late in the evening. We loved Fuengirola and would definitely like to return in the future. We visited in October for a week and the temperatures were perfect for us to spend time on the beach.

This property is perfect for couples like us who want extra space and the ability for our family to join us for a few days. The roof terrace is excellent for socialising with it's barbecue. Felix was very helpful and made it really easy for us to extend our stay by a couple of days (luckily for us there was a gap of a few days between the end of our booking and the next booking). We would highly recommend this property and will certainly be returning.

We stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas and new year. The property is in a fantastic location right in the heart of fuengirola old town, yet just down a side street that was lovely and quiet at night. The property was well equipped for everything if you wanted to cater for yourselves, however the location close to all the fantastic restaurants and bars means there’s no need to cook anything if you don’t wish to. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were great with excellent showers. The property also has a garage, which is wonderful for such a central location. You don’t need a car here unless you want to travel out into the countryside as we do to play golf, but the train station and bus stop are a stones throw away and offer great services. The roof terrace was perfect for lounging in the sun or alfresco dining using the built in barbecue. Felix, the owner was brilliant, he met us on arrival & departure & was on hand should you need anything. In summary we had a wonderful holiday in a lovely property and will be back as soon as we can!

This was a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Fuengirola. Everything was in walking distance. Felix was brilliant, he was there to meet us when we arrived, even though we were over an hour late due to the plane being delayed. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Fuengirola again.

Everything was fab. 3 large bedrooms 2 full bathrooms including baths, would easily accommodate 6 people. All super clean. The large roof terrace is by far the best part! it’s huge & has sun all day,there’s a canopy to get out of the sun if needed. The WiFi worked fine but was a bit hit & miss on the roof terrace but it’s a large place so it’s only to be expected. 5 minutes walk from the beach,train/bus station. Lots of supermarkets bars cafes & restaurants close by. Great communication with Felix from start to finish. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thankyou Felix for a wonderful holiday.

Felix was there to greet us and at departure to check the apartment over and return the damage deposit. I would recommend this property as a good location and amenities. It’s not 5 star but it’s not advertised as that. There is a bbq and large rooftop terrace. Beware you have steps to climb to bring baggage and groceries in.

As described in listing. This is a big townhouse with lots of space and storage. Roof terrace is large and sun soaked all day. Very clean house in a central location. Did not find noise an issue, it is where it is. Well positioned for town, beach and restaurants. There are a number of stairs to access the house and areas within so you need to take account of mobility.

Apartment is lovely and clean with every amenity going,situated right in the center of Fuengirola close to shops,bars and restaurants,promenade and beach only five min walk,close to everything you need,i thought location would be noisy but was pretty quiet for where its located,there is a Spanish bar underneath and one further down which dont stay open to late and a theater at other corner,bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable,bathrooms are a good size and showers work well,kitchen is well equipt with adjoining room with outdoor open roof a nice chill out room,roof top is an all day suntrap with shower tables and chairs a real bonus there are over looking buildings but you still have alot of privacy,the owner Felix is very helpful and meets you there,there are stairs going up into apartment and to all the floors so keep that in mind if you have any ailment which affects your mobility they are quite steep,over all our week stay was very enjoyable, there was four of us and had plenty of space,you dont have to go far for anything so location is good for all your needs. Really enjoyed our stay in this great apartment excellent location in the heart of the town close to railway & bus stations, shops, restaurants and easy walking distance to the promenade and beautiful beaches. Three good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space fully equipped kitchen with full sized hob and oven great for the any nights you wanted to stay in and make a meal for the family. A/C was a bonus in the main bedroom but fans worked well in the others. Roof top terrace was excellent with sun all day long and good privacy as not over looked too much, well equipped also with shaded seating area and sun loungers with a shower available to cool down after sun bathing. Overall an excellent apartment and even though in the center of the town and with a delightful little bar under the apartment and a couple of busy restaurants close by was peaceful and quiet at night. Our host Felix was excellent to deal with always replying promptly to any email queries before arrival and most helpful as we had an early arrival flight and late departure flight and it was no trouble for him to meet us for early occupation of the apartment or to let us stay a little longer for our late departure. I would have no trouble recommending this apartment for anyone looking for accommodation in Fuengirola Niall&Claire Higgins

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is great, close to train and bus station, beach and loads of bars and restaurants. All the rooms really comfortable with 3 good bedrooms and good living area and the sun roof is a great bonus. Felix is a great host, very friendly and when we had 1 minor problem he was there within 15 minutes. We had 6 adults staying for a few nights and there is plenty of space for everyone Would highly recommend this apartment for a nice relaxed stay in Fuengirola.

Na verschillende jaren te hebben gelogeerd in een appartement te Fuengirola, zijn we op dit appartement uitgekomen. De communicatie met eigenaar Felix liep heel vlot en was steeds bereikbaar indien nodig. De ligging van het appartement sprak ons enorm aan: in het centrum van Fuengirola. Een bijkomende troef was het dakterras waardoor je van 's ochtends tot 's avonds in de zon kon zitten/liggen, want ligbedden en een tafel met comfortabele tafel zijn voorzien. Teven beschikt het terras over een schaduwafdak zodat je ook kan schuilen indien het te heet zou zijn. Verder was het appartement dik in orde: Op de 2de verdieping zijn er 3 ruime slaapkamers met enorm veel bergingsmogelijkheden + 2 comfortabele badkamers. Op de 1ste verdieping een living, keuken en patio met zitbank. De keuken is voorzien van standaard uitrusting, alleen jammer dat een vaatwasmachine ontbreekt. Hou ook rekening met de verschillende trappen, maar voor ons was dit geen probleem. Uniek was dat Felix voorziet in kleine benodigdheden zoals bvb. handzeep en toiletpapier, Voor ons was dit een prima ervaring!

Boligen passede perfekt til os (4 voksne og 2 børn). God plads i flere etager. Velholdt og tilpas rent overalt.. Boligens beliggenhed er ligeledes perfekt. Midt i Fuengirola, hvor alt i byen kan nås til fods, og hvis man ønsker at komme lidt længere væk, så er der kun ganske kort afstand til bus og tog. Dertil kommer, at ejeren er effektiv og meget venlig.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Fuengirola in diesem Haus. Wir waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und ein Kleinkind. Ein Reisebett für das Kleinkind, wurde uns freundlicherweise vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt. Die große Sonnenterasse mit Grill ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Auch die Entfernung zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Auch eine sehr frühe Abreise aufgrund sehr früher Flugzeiten war kein Problem. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen dieses super Haus gemietet. Wir sind jedes Jahr in Fuengirola und haben uns dieses Jahr für dieses Haus entschieden. Direkt nach der Anfrage haben wir in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben das Haus für 12 Nächte gemietet. Beim Anreisetag war innerhalb von 10 Minuten der Hausverwalter am Ort. Nach einer Hausvorführung konnte der Urlaub schnell losgehen. Es hat uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung kann wie unten beschrieben übernommen werden. Wir werden wieder kommen!!
