Comfortable and sunny apartment 133 m2 duplex. and 67 m2. terrace-solarium on the upper floor.
main pedestrian entrance and parking garage entrance by back street.
Very close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The house has living room with fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and parking garage in the same building, a square, for use of the apartment.
In living room, tv 42 "with international satellite channels, DVD and free Wi-Fi.

We had a brilliant stay at Félix’s apartment. From booking to leaving , everything was perfect . I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and our family are hopeful of returning in the future.An excellent host , friendly and very helpful

We had great time at Felix’s apartment. The apartment is well located the beach , supermarket and restaurants are all nearby, it also has a garage which was a big plus.The apartment was clean and Felix was a great host.We like it so much we are already planning to go again.

Mycket ren och fin bra läge . Saknade ett matbord där man kan sitta och umgås. Väldigt trångt i så stort hus.
