Amazing location. Ideal for a short stay in the centre

The location was amazing and it was super clean. The landlord allowed me an early check in and this was really helpful.

The patio door didn’t close so it was very noisy at night. There was no kettle or toaster.

The apartment was in a perfect position, very close to the bus station ,train station and taxi rank. It was just a short walk to the sea front and any shops or bars we wanted. Plus the balcony was brilliant for people watching 😁.

There didn't seem to be anything we didn't like.

The property is very modern and well looked after the location is great and was great for us only a few mins walk from good bars restaurants and the beach. Carmen who looked after the apartments was great for answering any questions I had and very helpful

This didn’t bother us but it could bother other people it is loud there you are right in the centre near the bus station so lots of hustle and bustle. We were a group of 3 girls up early and out anyway but if you’re looking for peace and quiet the location is not a quiet area it’s busy. This is not a negative on the accommodation doh just thought it would be good to say it. If you have the shutters down and the windows closed it’s fine.

Excellent highly recommend

This apartment is in a great location. Close to the beach and the train station. Apartment was clean and modern with air conditioning. Excellent communication for check in and check out instructions. This property was great and we will use again.

The only thing to be aware of is if you can’t get an early check in (we did) then there isn’t anywhere to leave your bags so best to get there for check in time. The apartment was on the 4th floor. One evening we got back and the elevator was not working. My mother is 71 so was a little bit of a struggle for her to walk up the stairs. Neither of these things would stop us booking again we really loved it there.

Absolutely fantastic, and hopefully if you get more comfortable mattresses, we will 100% be back next year.

Fantastic property and excellent location. Spotlessly clean, and looked brand new! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again.

The only criticism that I have is that the beds were not the most comfortable, as the mattresses were very hard. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a comfortable nights sleep and woke up several times with cramping.

Muy céntrico, al lado de la estación de cercanías y de autobuses, a 5 min del paseo marítimo y del puerto.

Caro para ser febrero. Pequeño para 5 personas. Muy ruidoso especialmente por las noches, sobre todo por la estación de autobuses y lo céntrico que está. Le falta mantenimiento. No tiene garaje, los parkings cercanos cierran por la noche y en la calle es zona azul de pago, aunque callejeando se encuentra sin mucho esfuerzo.

Al estar tan bien situado y dar a una de las avenidas principales es algo ruidoso por las noches, pero el mayor inconveniente es que el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba bien.

Zentral gelegenes Apartment zum günstigen Preis in der Zwischensaison.

Die Unterkunft war neuwertig sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Offene Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten und Utensilien. Auch ein Notfallset und Kinderspiele waren vorhanden.Perfekte Lage zentrumsnah, 7 Gehminuten zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung.

Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, darum recht laut und hellhörig.Für lärmempfindliche Gäste würde ich nicht empfehlen

Lo mejor es la ubicación del apartamento, la limpieza y la climatización.

Una habitación es muy grande, la otra es super pequeña, si sacabas la cama de debajo con la puerta cerrada , ya no se podía ni salir de la habitación.

Confort y cercanía a servicios

Tiene muy buena ubicación, servicios y playas cercanas. Los apartamentos estaban muy limpios y eran bastante cómodos los colchones. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de uno de los apartamentos y nos lo solucionaron rápido, primero nos dieron la opción de cambiar de apartamento y después se solucionó y nos quedamos. La dueña, súper atenta en todo momento.

Fantastiskt takterrass och läge

Vi bodde i lägenhet 4a, det är den som har den stora takterrassen. Två bra sovrum, jättefint nyrenoverat badrum och bra kök/vardagsrum. Takterrassen är helt enastående! Vi satt ute varje kväll och njöt av värmen, solnedgången och lyssnade på stadslivet. Det är ett väldigt bra läge, havsutsikt, 10 meter till busstationen och kanske 100 meter till tågstationen. Väldigt lätt att kommunicera med Carmen som sköter Novamar.

Det är inte så mycket utrustning i köket, saknades några skedar och en sax. Räkna med att komplettera toalettpapper, maskindiskmedel och soppåsar. Det är trafik på gatan nedanför då lägenheten ligger mitt i city.

Sijainti täydellinen, hieman melua mutta se kuuluu asiaan kun ollaan keskustassa. Meillä asunnossa oli ranskalainen parveke ympäri asunnon, se on kiva mutta hieman ahdas. Kannattaa varmistaa että millainen terassi asunnossa on jos haluat viettää siellä aikaa. Uunia ei keittiössä ollut mutta muuten asunnossa on kaikki tarvittava. Siisti ja laadukas!

Jos aiot istua iltaa tai syödä aamiaista parvekkeella, kannattaa varmistaa että asunnossa on iso parveke eikä pienempi Ranskalainen parveke. Bookingin kuvissa on kuvat yhdessä kaikista asunnoista. Pyykkien kuivaus on myös hankalampaa koska tilaa on niin vähän pienellä parvekkeella. Vuokraaja kyllä vastailee hyvin viesteihin ja heiltä voi varmistaa nämä asiat.
