Stunning, Sunny 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Direct views to the sea and Fuengirola Harbour. The apartment has 2 sunny balconies, one on the east , overlooking the wonderful colours of the Mediterranean Sea and Fuengirola Harbour and the other facing the south.
This apartment also has a private parking. And is situated in one of the best blocks, at the seafront and in the middle of the village. Beach, Shops, Restaurants and public transport ,all a few steps away. All you need to enjoy your holiday. Free Wifi.

My husband, I and another couple (all early 50’s) had a fantastic 10 nights in Fuengirola staying at this amazing apartment. It was home from home with everything we needed from bottle opener to washing machine… no utensil has been forgotten and items like washing up liquid, sugar, coffee etc all found in the cupboards from previous occupants so we didn’t have to shop for basics unlike other places we’ve stayed. Location is great, 5/10 minute walk from the train station and Mercadona and in the centre of all the bars and tests you could possibly want. The view over the marina is fabulous and just a 5 minute walk away to visit those bars and restaurants. Don’t let the immediate location put you off, you are overlooking some very late night nightclubs which look a bit seedy and are open until 6am. But we were getting home at about 2am and then enjoyed a glass or two people watching from the balcony. Once you shut the doors you couldn’t hear a thing and we didn’t use our earplugs that we took just in case - we did leave them there though lol. In summary, the apartment is perfect, clean with all mod-cons, communication with Andres was great and I would highly recommend to families and groups of friends alike. from previous occupants

We had a really great week at Andres apartment. It is a very nice apartment as showned on pictures.Lots of equipment , we felt better than home ☺️. And last but not least, the view is amazing ! Thanks to double windows on the bedroom, we nearly didn’t hear any noise. We will come back with great pleasure . Andres is a very nice and friendly owner.

Central location, terrific view,and seemless transaction. The apartment had a great lay out and worked very well for us all. Everything we needed was there . The showers, wifi .aircon etc excellent. Can't fault the actual apartment at all and will hopefully return in the future. The noisy strip won't be suitable for all but the host has taken this into consideration and once the doors are closed in the evening we all slept soundly with no interruption. Thank you Andres for your welcome and kindness hopefully we will return next year.

I could not say enough good things about Andras the host. The apartment is very central and you can walk to the many bars and restaurants near by. The bus and train station are only up the road. Do visit the marina and look out for the Magpie very good food. Tommy from Ireland.

My wife and I spent a wonderful 4 weeks in this Fuengirola condo. Everything was clean and the place was well equipped right down to umbrellas and grocery cart. The location was perfect - amazing view and right in the middle of everything. Train and bus stations are 5 minutes away so no need to rent a car. Host Andres was excellent and always accommodating. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. C&B

Central location, very close to night life but apartment is so high up that it doesn’t impact on young children. I recommend the restaurants overlooking the marina, walk down the track to the left of the ticket office to the boats and turn right.

The host, Andres, is such a helpful, friendly and considerate person. Nothing is a problem to him. We have rented apartments and houses all over Europe, and never found a one so well equipped, with such amazing views as this one. We had a great time staying there.

We were two couples and stayed for 10 days. We found the apartment to be clean, well appointed and well located, being close to train and bus stations, the beach, restaurants and groceries. Travel to places like Malaga, Mijas, Ronda and the airport was easy on public transit and we didn’t feel a car was needed (although there is an indoor parking spot). We particularly enjoyed coffee on the balcony, taking in the morning sun and overlooking the marina and sea. Andrés was a good host, explained everything we needed to know and responded quickly on the couple of communications we had. The apartment is in an entertainment area with activity into early morning hours. There is some party noise, but we didn’t find it bothersome on the sixth floor. When considering the combination of apartment amenities, location and price, I would say this place is excellent.

Excellent well appointed, perfect for two or three couples or family. Loved, loved the kitchen and laundry area. Had some basics like coffee, some spices, etc so you could just settle in right away. Close to everything - less then two blocks to train or bus. Enjoyed the two balconies. Unfortunately our time here was cut short due to global crisis, hope to return some day💗

Fuengirola is the perfect destination for a family like us who’s ages ranged from older teenagers through to Granny and Grandad. No one was bored, in fact we really could have done with more time as there’s so much to see and do. The property at Sol Playa was ideally situated for our stay. The apartment was accessed via a lift which was ideal for our disabled friend. Plenty of room in the apartment for 5 ladies of maturing years. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped. Andres was lovely. Very informative regarding the area etc. Would certainly stay here again.

The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Elma was there to meet us on our arrival and showed us around. The view from the front balcony was pretty amazing and the perfect place to sit and relax. An added bonus was the second balcony which covered two the of the bedrooms while the larger front balcony was from the lounge and front bedroom. Elma and Andres were both very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in their wonderful apartment and would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely well equipped apartment. We found it very safe for our 2 1/2 year old daughter who wondered around freely on the balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and having 3 bedrooms was a joy and very spacious. There was plenty of cupboard space. The view was amazing and sun moving around the balconies throughout the day. The walk in power shower was lovely and having 2 bathrooms was very handy. Place was clean and welcoming when we entered and well decorated. The host was very accommodating. The shops and restaurants were on your door step with a little supermarket at the bottom of the apartment, handy for emergency items. A walk away from the beach, just what my daughter wanted. Parking space available (one pitfall, the space was very tight for our car). We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and we would return again. Pam, Sanjeev & Isabella

The apartment was beautiful it had everything you could need the balconies have sun all day the view is magnificent and the owner is a gentleman . The apartment was spacious, very well situated and had been furnished with great attention to detail. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a lovely view over the marina from the balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were two bathroom with fantastic showers and plenty of hot water. The owners met us outside the apartment and were very friendly and obviously determined that we should enjoy our stay. The router for the Internet broke whilst we were there and they went out of their way to fix it for us which we were very grateful for. All in all, the accommodation very much added to our enjoyment of the holiday and was very good value. We would have no hesitation recommending this lovely apartment and considerate friendly owners.

The important things were ok. Location, layout, facilities as informed. The owner was helpful. Many good restaurants within some hundreds of meters. The only things which disturbed a little, were the noise from night clubs, which lasted whole night on friday and saturday evenings and some uncleaned area (broken bottles etc) near to the building.
