Glazed Terrace with Sea and Marina Views:
## 1. Listing description
Renovated apartment on the 8th floor of Las Palmeras, on the Fuengirola seafront: the beach is just across the promenade and the marina is a 4-minute walk. Sleeps up to 6: one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wifi. The best part is the glazed terrace, with views of the sea, the marina and the mountains. Lift and communal pool in summer. Local train 7 minutes away.
## 2. Your property
The apartment is about 82 m², recently renovated, on the 8th floor of Las Palmeras, a front-line building on the Fuengirola seafront next to the marina. There is a lift.
It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with a wardrobe and air conditioning. The living room has a sofa bed for two more people, a television and a dining table for six.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook. There is no oven.
There are two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
And the terrace: it is glazed, so you can enjoy it all year round, with views of the sea, the marina and, in the background, the mountains.
## 3. Amenities and shared spaces
Inside the apartment: air conditioning with heating, wifi, television, washing machine, iron, drying rack and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included.
The building has a lift and an outdoor communal pool, open from 15 June to 15 September.
Parking: the building has no car park and street parking in the area is all pay-and-display (blue zone). The easiest option is the Las Rampas public car park on Calle Oviedo, a 4-minute walk and open 24 hours; the Paseo Marítimo car park (AUSSA), at number 40 on the promenade, is 5 minutes away.
## 4. Guest interaction
We are a local team on the Costa del Sol, so we are genuinely nearby: if you need anything during your stay, someone can come to the apartment the same day.
Keys are handed over in person, from 3 pm to 11 pm. We meet you on arrival, show you how everything works and answer your questions face to face. If you arrive after 11 pm, we leave the keys in a lockbox.
After that you can reach us by chat, in Spanish and English, before, during and after your stay.
## 5. Other things to note
**There are steps to enter the building**, so the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or anyone who struggles with stairs. Once inside, there is a lift to the 8th floor.
The pool is communal and seasonal: it opens from 15 June to 15 September.
No smoking in the apartment. No pets and no parties. We do not have a cot.
