NOTHING!

EVERYTHING!!! ROOM! ESPECIALLY STAFF! It was a disgusting lie all of it. Treatment by staff was horrendous! Anything to get your money and then no help whatsoever from management and staff. We were taken for a ride with them. The room we had booked was nothing like what was advertised. Dirty is an understatement! No safe though there is a poster on the door telling you how to access it. Dining table??? ummm where?? was it hidden like the safe so securely that it didn't exist???? We had to take our rubbish from the room to outside across the road, to under the trees to throw it away. Beds might have well slept on the floor. Cutlery non-existent! Even when asked for some at reception later!!! Outdoor swimming pool...try the next hotel which will charge you and this place are supposed to offer a voucher for a discount to use it as they don't have one but wait... they ran out and couldn't print any off?!?!?!? Do not waste your time. The restaurant is dirty. the toilets are disgusting. Public toilets are cleaner than them!! Do not go here, honestly!

Single big apartment in a big hotel/casino complex a bit away from the city at the lake. Apartment included everything you would need for a longer stay, but nothing more Cleaness was okay

The best option in the city

Best place to stay in Ohrid. Easy walking 15 minutes to city center through pedestrian area or by car 5minutes. Free parking. In the same building there are more properties but the best one to stay is Park Diamond. Rooms are shining,so clean and cozy. Full equiped. Staff is headed by young person Ivana,very talented. They will help you with everything you need and everything you can imagine. Perfect place to stay

Superb

Ivana and her whole team were really kind and helpful. The location is also perfect - it's only a short taxi drive (cca. 5 mins) from the old town. The swimming pool was huge and clean, the private beach was also perfect. Also there is a reasonably priced shop besides the reception where you can buy a lot of necessary things. The suite was enormous and definitely well-equipped. The beds were unusually comfortable! Communication between Ivana (and her team) and me was really easy thanks to the flexibility of her team we could speak via phone, messages and in person. However there are no daily cleaning service included to the price so you have to pay an additional 6 euros / day if you want daily cleaning. Although Ivana really didn't took my money for the service, she said it's on the house - a really kind gesture. Highly recommended!

The only negative thing was the limited selection of the buffet breakfast. However it was maybe due to the fact that there were only a few people staying at the hotel during our stay.

Enough parking space for everybody, quite enough during the night, no extra party late to the morning.

First of all no lake view like in booking description, no cooking plate in the kitchenette if you can call like this a sink and a tea maker, broken blower in bathroom, broken balcony lamp, free access to pool but you have to pay the sunbeds... This was not an apartment, just a simple small room...

Big room, in front of the lake! Big clean pool available for free, had to pay for the sunbeds only. Very close to the city with big parking

Delightful

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The apartments were well-maintained, spacious, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Being close to Ohrid Lake allowed us to enjoy various water activities and take leisurely strolls along the waterfront.

I found the atmosphere a bit noisy due to the peak season rush in Ohrid. However, the bustling energy added to the vibrant vacation experience, and the stunning surroundings more than made up for it.

It was not clean. There were hair in the shower, pots and pans were not clean, the stove was not working, the walls were not clean, they did not change the towels, even though they advertise free pool you have to pay the lounge fee.

I paid for an apartment with a view of the lake, but nothing like that. The sunbeds on the beach and the pool are charged extra,and they are part of the hotel.

The overall cleanliness was on a low level. We encountered dirty sheets, spider webs as well and even a pair of boxers behind the nightstand.

The breakfast good. The reception girl was nice.

If you plan on resting, this is not the right place. There was music blasting from the club in the hotel until 3am. Btw in the summer performers are playing on the terrace. The balcony door was broken and wasn’t closing properly. There was a toothpaste on the floor between the sink in the bathroom. I am guessing from previous people that were staying (so not cleaned properly). But this is not that big of an issue, the real issue was the music and that it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that there is a club that blasts music IN the hotel.

The photos of the facility are misleading, we kept it because we preferred the lake view, but we were given an apartment next to the cafeteria with no view. There was a strong smell of food inside and it was not clean.
